I always enjoy coming to this casino. It's not small but not so big that you get lost in it. All of the restaurants are very good and reasonably priced. The bar locations are unique and quaint. The Regal Cinemas inside has reclining seats and is much cleaner than many other theaters. There is almost always something happening here such as a concert or a special event either indoors or out. Parking isn't usually too bad maybe a little heavy on the weekends. All in all I very much enjoy coming to this casino for food, drinks, games, movies and other entertainment.

We went to Sunset Station for lunch at the buffet and to play some casino games. The hotel wasn't busy, it was a Tuesday after all, so we basically went right in to the buffet. The food was good, everything was full and fresh. The casino has lots of options, new games, old games, good ole video poker. We had fun and will be back.

This is a friendly, clean and welcoming establishment. I love the variety of slot machines and they pay fairly well. The facility has a kids play area for drop off, movie theater, and a bowling alley. Numerous fast food options such as subway, Ben and Jerry's and Fat Burger. They have a sit down dining area and a large buffet. Players club is helpful and point system is fair. I highly recommend this cadino and hotel.

Sunset Station Casino is one of our larger 'local' casinos. Very nice atmosphere, with entertainment for the whole family! They have a very diverse full casino! If you want to make it a family night, there a large, clean and modern movie theater, arcade center and they even have a bowling alley for your whole family, class get-togethers it even your league can play! They keep the entire casino extremely clean, throughout! If you make a smart and economical choice to stay, for the business trip, family vacation or even a romantic get-away, their rooms are a very nice choice! The pool is nicely set outside along an Amphitheatre, where summer concerts are held throughout the year! And of course the Bingo Hall is always a fun choice, just in case your wanting a slower, yet loads of fun, pace!

I only played in the Casino and I like this place. Drinks are very very reasonable priced, especially if you gamble (Free). But, even if you don't gamble, during Football Season they have a special for 5 beers for $8. That is a fabulous price. All bartenders are nice and professional. Staff are great. I wish the music was a bit louder and i wish the casino was a bit more livelier.

They give you a hard time to prove who you are, if you take a coupon for the buffet!.. They ask for 3 forms of I.D., & make you feel like your a criminal or something! ..my sister & I almost walked out!. But yes.. The food was good.. Slot machines are pretty fixed, so that you don't win much! Had fun with my sister, but was disappointed by the stinginess of the place( workers at buffet restaurant, 1 in particular was rude..The cashier was like a Nazi guard!..) What's up with that!?.. Wouldn't go back, unless they fixed their attitude towards their visitor's!

They don't give very many comps and aren't very loyal to locals which are their main customers. Their players club rewards aren't all that great either. Their slots aren't very loose and I've ran into plenty rude employees. The best/nicest employees work at the rewards center, of course, because they're usually the first point of customer contact.

We drove here to attend an expo and didn't want to stay on the strip as it was a work trip. Very good amenities, friendly staff and tons of stores surrounding the hotel if you forget anything back home. Great prices and service, we will be back next year!

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times.
The rooms are great. Comfy and clean.
No refrigerator in room so that's a bummer.
Ask for a lower room because the higher ones on one side of the hotel can be loud due to incoming airplanes.
The buffet is fantastic and at a great price.
There are various restaurants and a GREAT movie theater in this facility.
Great gaming machines to choose from.
NICE pool area but not open very late and since it's outdoor it isn't open year round.

I've been going time Sunset since the beginning of August due to the proximity to my home. I've only had experience with the casino and all that it entails and I must say it's spot on when it comes to providing a guest driven casino experience.
They offer hotel accommodations, movie theatre, arcade, sports booking, bingo, live keno and a wealth and variety of slots and table games.
The layout is vast and well designed. I've been there at least 10 times this month and have yet to see it all. In the beginning, being unfamiliar with the layout i often times needed assistance. From the janitorial services to the supervisory gaming hosts I've been tested with nothing but dignity and respect.
Still haven't been a jackpot winner but I enjoy trying! Great food, family fun and entertainment.

We had such a great time on a recent visit at Sunset Station. We had forgotten our invite number for a stay and when we were dropping a friend off at the airport decided that it would be pleasant to stay the evening before the drive back home.

We went to the front desk to inquire and the people there were extremely helpful in providing us with a Casino Host number to get approval and that all happened in 15 minutes. We stayed the night, had breakfast and toddled off to home with some change left over from our gambling.

This is a very friendly casino which has been updated in every way. The rooms were furnished in modern style. The restaurant was remodeled with the customer in mind and the wait staff was super friendly and very prompt with great food. We had steaks which had us remarking how could they do this at this cost and we have to get the recipes.

All in all, we have kept this as our favorite casino facility in Las Vegas area. Would not hesitate telling our friends and neighbors go and have fun . It does not cost an arm and a leg!

We wanted to stay at a place that was away from The Strip but close enough to Thomas and Mack and offer us things to do with our children. It has a Kids Quest (WIN!) A movie theater, bowling alley and arcade. It was exactly what we needed. We are really enjoying our stay.

VERY VERY Disappointing DON'T BOOK WITH THEM !!! We were on our honeymoon road trip and decided to stop in Vegas for a couple of days After receiving a recommendation from a family member we decided to stay here at Sunset. I went online after speaking to the reservation department to confirm openings for the KING rooms and booked a KING size room as I have back issues and need a larger bed. When we showed up they had overbooked the KING rooms and offered us a double queen room as a replacement. When we said that we would just go somewhere else they refused to give us our deposit back saying that it fell under the rule for minimum cancellation time. I asked for an upgrade to a KING suite because of their mistake NOPE NOT A CHANCE. They even had the audacity to try to convince me that the double queen room was a better option. Not only did they deny us the room we had RESERVED they FORCED us to take a room we would be uncomfortable in or forfeit the $$ we had placed as a deposit. My newlywed husband and I spent our stay here in SEPARATE beds because they overbooked.

The staff is awesome. The gamble is not for the weak of heart. If you like losing and gimmicks this is the place. on the other hand. The food is great. Has a place to watch your kids while you drink and gamble. the atmosphere is very convincing yet the return very depressing. Better off to hit Dottys or a small convenient store if you want a real chance at leaving a winner.

I visit here often. All of the restaurants have excellent food at great prices. Special deals in the Cafe for Players Rewards Card holders (free to sign up for a card) and great rewards like free dining, free gifts and free entertainment for using your card on gaming if local, free room stays and more if you are from out of town. Special perks for Seniors on Wednesday. Excellent bars with live entertainment, indoor and summer outdoor concerts, food court, bowling and primo movie theaters. Special events hosted here such as the Foodie Fest. The staff is friendly and makes both locals and out of town guests feel welcome. Lots of FREE PARKING! A big deal since so many hotels & casinos are now charging exorbitant rates for parking. One of my very favorite places to go!
