the hotel room was nice. the room had a balcony, but they don't allow access, i understand that. On the balcony the railing is glass and the glass is so dirty you cannot see the view unless you stand up to look out. that was disappointing. also i realized after i had already reserved a room that they give a AAA discount. but they will not honor it unless it is applied at the time i reserved??? i reserved it the day before? seems pretty greedy to me!

Could not be having a better time! Room is immaculate. Staff has been fantastic. Would definitely stay here again

It's a pretty great hotel. Clean and very classy. I'd stay here again. Do yourself a favor and get a room that is high up (30 or more floors). I felt like a rock star when looking out at the strip at night.

Mediocre at best. There was a half drunk coke in the fridge. Front desk staff are cold. Cleaning staff very nice. Price was right but the stupid "resort fee" for nothing was a pain. I did like the size of the rooms though, a definite plus. I don't like casinos so I actually enjoyed the fact it was separate from the hotel and casino side. Take it for what it's worth. Basic internet is slow especially considering you are paying $34 for a stupid resort fee.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite. Initially we were disappointed since the room was not very clean. However during our second day there the person who regularly works that floor was back. When she saw the state of our room she was so apologetic and did such an amazing job it restored our faith. A review beyond the initial night, the room was nice. It is starting to show it's age a little but is such an outstanding value I would definitely stay there again.
