  I think it's endemic to Sun Tire generally but this shop does not have the customers best interest in mind. This morning my wife was bullied when she took the car to have them look at the brakes. Rather than explaining to her that driving the car could damage the rotor Scott threatened her with a much higher bill. Free lifetime pads sounds nice but the cost of not free labor is an enticement for the shop to replace break pads even when its not needed. I will gladly pay for the $50 brake pads again if it means working with a shop I trust. It will never be a Suntire again.

  Don't come in if they look busy. I've been waiting for an hour and a half and they haven't even told me what's wrong with my brakes. My car is on the lift with the mechanics milling around and the one guy manning the front desk is running around like a chicken with his head cut off.

  Stay away from this location .you get your tires rotated for free if you bought tires from them but they try to upsell you a bunch of stufftried to tell me i have a coolant leak and bad ball joints (were replaced 3 yrs ago)i will be contacting corporate and the BBB and the state AG on this whole fraud with a smile operation ..they did find 2 bent rims but did NOT show me where they was bent so again.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAQUE..the state attorney general will hear about this !!!!

  I went because of their commercials. I needed 2 tires immediately. Their service is fast. The waiting room is a tad bit small but has comfortable chairs, popcorn, coffee, vending machines, tv (and the remote) and Wi-Fi. The manager (2-2017), took care of us and offered a discount if we came back for an alignment. I was hesitant but pleasantly pleased.
  Well, I've come back to update my review. I took my car back for the alignment. I have another issue I told them about - rear end swaying. I knew an alignment wouldn't fix that but in case they saw something, I'd like to know as it's been annoying for a few months. I scheduled an appointment for the alignment noon on a Saturday. When I arrived, there were 2 people in the waiting room. My husband and I fell asleep waiting. 2-1/2 hours later, I had to ask about the car since she was sitting on the lift but no one was doing anything to her and the waiting room was now full. Eventually I was told I needed bushings and casters for the front. Also some other things that I knew weren't true for my vehicles make. They hadn't even looked at the back axel and didn't do the alignment. So nearly 3 hours later, I just said I wanted my car back, especially since at least 2 others that I saw had come in and had their alignments completed and left.
  Bottom line, new tires - they're good for that. Anything else - go somewhere else.
  So since middle of the road, I changed my rating to 3 stars.

  Needed to replace the front tires and I have been dealing with Sun Tire on Blanding Blvd for the past decade, but live closer to this location and didn't feel like fighting traffic on Blanding. Manager David Phillips was very honest about my options and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't absolutely need. I even stopped by a smaller location (Pro Tire on Park Ave) but they wanted to charge over $30 more for the same quality of tire. I was able to get 2 new 40,000 mile tires including installation & lifetime rotate and balance for $165 out the door. I will continue dealing with Sun Tire for as long as I drive an automobile.

  A big thanks to Dave! He took the time to help me find the right tire for my truck. The other location in Middleburg simply told me no one had a tire in that size, not willing to do much research for me.
