Don't waste your time. I had a gift certificate from my husband and had a hard time making a nail appointment and the lady on the phone told me and I quote well she is very good and busy your better off going somewhere else unless you want to wait two weeks. I was like wow alright but whatever then I wanted my hair done and I only had 2 days of availability and It was late so I decided to schedule the appointment online and I sent them times and dates I was available they wrote back with a date and time so I thought that was the appointment but my phone was broke so I didn't have a phone apparently they also have to call you to approve it even though that was a day and time i asjed for. So I drove 30 min to then and it wasn't scheduled and no one was available. I did go once for nails and hair because my mother in law got me gift certificates for there and nail girl was great but didn't care for front people and hair people are nothing special but since they are soooo busy they might want to invest in more people.

Horrible experience.. my daughter is dropped off there for color correction. This girl uses a bleach cap my daughter calls me in tears "they found some nits in my head".. the hairdresser completely stopped and told her she had to leave My daughter was waiting on me to come pick her up and the hairdresser told Her she couldn't sit in the waiting area that she had to go outside (in the rain) I arrive and I see no nits The hair dresser refuses to show me She charged me $120 Never go to this place They are rude and handled this situation completely wrong like my daughter was some type of Leper.. plus her hair looked no different than when she arrived there

I had my nails done the day before my wedding and they turned out great. In fact 2 weeks later and they still haven't chipped and I work outside. I also treated all of my bridesmaids to hair and some of us had makeup done too. I mixed up some of our appointments but they were still very accomodating and understanding. Everything turned out perfectly and they even let us bring in food and champagne!

So amazing!! Staff is so friendly, and really wants to make you feel welcome and make your experience great. Atmosphere is so fun, and the staff is good at what they do! My sister and I both had Angela for a color and cut and it turned out great! Worth every penny.
