  The cabin was absolutely beautiful as were the grounds surrounding. My family loved it!

  I highly recommend you guys never try their cabines because their cabines have water that smell like dead animal. We called them million times they told us that the water is just fine, we asked them to send us a maintenance guy to check this issue. They said we will send one,no one showed up. we finished all our three days vocation using lagre bottled water from walmart. I do swear we can't use it at least for washing the dishes. Moreover, we found bunch of scorpions in the bathrooms. And they said we cnt do anything for these animals. Is this the poilte way to treat your customers? If I can gave them no star i would do it.

  217Amet Way. We will never recommend this company to our worst enemies let alone friends.We paid for 4 night stay over Thanksgiving. We rented this cabin to enjoy our time together as a family. The cabin was not clean, drawers in refrigerator broken, pool area moldy/musty smell. Old spaghetti sauce dried on the main living area floor. Beds broken, fan blades so loose the fan wobbling to much to use, arcade games didn't work, washer takes 3-4 times to spin the water out the clothes, the dryer takes 2-3 times to dry the clothes, the threshold at back door rotted and in need of repair. The cabinet in the kitchen fell apart and the dishes came flying out and broke in many pieces at 11:55 pm when no one was around! Which was a blessing or the story would have not ended well.
  
  We talked to the neighbors and they kindly informed us that the owner doesn't really care so nothing will be done. We are still waiting a response from the manager at Sugar Maple Cabins/Wyndham vacation rentals.
  
  Be good to yourself and look elsewhere!!

  Our not so great experience started way before we ever stepped foot in our cabin. The staff is rude, unorganized, unprofessional and I now will go on to say they are liars at Sugar Maple Cabin. In August of 2016 my family and I decided to go to Gatlinburg for Thanksginving. There were 10 of us. I live in NC, my family in Louisiana, many of whom has never visited TN. I usually ALWAYS stay with Timber Top Cabins but they were completely booked for Thanksgiving. Sugar Maple Cabins had several cabins, I now know why. Before booking I called and talked about the needs of our family. The lady who booked me told me that One Fine Day would be the PERFECT cabin. She was totally wrong. Yeah, the cabin did sleep 10, however four of those people would have to sleep on hide away beds in the living room, the only room in the cabin to gather in to watch TV and be with family, not to mention it's open to the kitchen so there is no privacy at all. Oh, and there was no room in the living room to open up both beds so one was not usable. Now on to the next problem. There is NO insulation in the cabin and no way to block out sound from upstairs and downstairs. You can hear EVERYTHING that is said, done, someone using the bathroom, snoring it's just awful. Next problem, one thermometer for two stories. If we turned the heater on high enough for those sleeping downstairs to be comfortable, we were suffocating upstairs. This cabin was WAY OVERPRICED! Def not usable for 10 people and the company sucks!

  Really peaceful place to go and vacation with family and friends. Expect great views as you relax on the balconies.. Ours came with a hot tub!
  
  Tip: Don't forget the wasp spray as they are very popular for Spring & Summer.. Pack your EPI Pens for those that are allergic reactions.

  I Highly recommend them we stayed in Moutain Dreams in Starr Crest Resort it was close to everything and beautiful views from either porch. We had an awesome stay and the views was beautiful we had one problem the refrigerator wasn't working we called and they sent someone right away and they replaced the refrigerator. Other then that we had no problem our stay there was wonderful. You so close to Dolly Wood you can here the Train Horn blowing every so often our grand Daughters loved hearing the horn.
