Wish I could give it less. Financed a car with them. They are crooks hidden deep in the fine print was an extra 1,200 in charges, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ( do not value customer at all), and they did not hindered the titling process after the full lien was paid off to where they still listed on title and will not assist in changing (going on for 9 months now)
Owner is a shady character waiting to screw anyone over man, women, 1st time buyers, immigrants, old people, basically anyone he can screw for his benefits, and he’s even an ass while doing so.
It is almost impressive how terrible this entire place is.response / report this review -

My husband and I bought a 1998 Jeep Cherokee 2 door white and 4 wheel drive and when we bought it we loved everything about it and after about a week or 2 after having it the transmission went out in it and we had it towed back up there because we was told we had a warranty on the motor and transmission, well needless to say they refused the to fix it or give us our money back so we had to put a new transmission in it. After it was replaced everything was fine for a while and after about 2 1/2 months after replacing the transmission the motor went out and of course I was pissed so have it towed back up there and demanded our money back they refuse again so we tell them we was going to take them to court and Mr. King (a guy that worked there not sure if he still does) but anyways we tell them we are taking the to court he trys to fight my husband in their parking lot I had to call the cops up there so if I was you be very careful from buying here

I paid cash for a car for me and one for my wife. We had them less than a week before both broke down.
Their was no help from the staff and we have been totally left out to dry.
If you are an immigrant (fresh from New Zealand) they will take you for all you have and a few staff made it clear i had no leg to stand on as I'm not from here.
There is one single saving grace though.
If your lucky youll find an old silver haired mexican man there. Don't deal with anyone else but him. He shoots straight and more importantly he listens.
If i ever did this again, it would only be for him. He's really that good.response / report this review -

Saw the low ratings but decided to give it a try anyway. Salesperson greeted me by saying "what's wrong man?" Asked to see a Honda Odyssey and was shown a CRV instead. I reminded him that I was interested in an Odyssey, he took me to the one I was looking for but it was locked. So he went to get the keys, came back, and it was the wrong keys. When we finally got the Odyssey and several others opened, they were filthy, smelled like they all had cigarette smoke, and one of them even had bird poop and/or rat droppings in the holder that you use to close the door from the inside.

Cadillac Joe sold me a Mazda 3 and I'm loving it! He's a really cool guy and took his time driving us around the lot in a golf cart to see everything they had. He was very real with us and the finance man got us a hella good interest rate👍 Cadillac Joe is the man to go see😎

I applied online for pre-approval and they could not even be bothered to call me. This is an unacceptable business practice. Do NOT waste your time on these losers. (Google is FORCING me to give a star - this place does not deserve ANY stars)

They added on over $1000 in bogus fees. Sold me a car with a blown motor that was covered up to look fine. Sun roof was broken but they simply unplugged it so I couldn't use it so I wouldn't know. Very dodgy dealer. Would not recommend.

When I spoke with the person on the phone she seemed like she really wanted to help me. Well when I got there it was a complete different story. I would find a car in my budget, but then they "sold it". Or car had no a.c, or it had over 300,000 miles on it. Really? They were very rude about it to. Just be up front before you waste my time coming up there. Car sales people like that ruin it for other people in that industry of not being trustworthy.

I moved to Jacksonville not even a year ago and bought a used car here. I was assured it was in great condition with new tires. First of all, they were not new at all and two of them had NAILS in them! The coolant was another issue. There's a huge leak that cannot be fixed and on top of that the transmission dropped. I have not had this car for even one full year and i am with empty pockets having to buy a new one. I will never come back here, they are all liars and will sell you cars in TERRIBLE condition. If you are smart you will NEVER come here. I wish i could score this place lower than 1 star.

Of course I am reading all these reviews after I bought my vehicle from them. The first time I visited Beach Boulevard Automotive, I fell in love with a 2008 Buick Enclave that was on the lot. The salesman I was dealing with, Nacho, didn't seem like he wanted to sell us a vehicle and my wife didn't want such a large vehicle. So after a day or two, I convinced my wife that we should get it. When I went back there, the same salesman, Nacho, took care of me. We went for a test ride and all was good. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I think the reason he was somewhat cold the first time we met is possibly because we did not show a whole lot of interest. There was one thing I had to bring the vehicle back to them for and as I write this, they are working on it. The only negative about this vehicleI was told it would be clean. The outside was but it took me 3 to 4 hours to clean the inside. There was crud in the carpets, some grease in some areas and it needed a vacuum cleaning. I took care of this and I am pretty sure this vehicle will last a long time. As for as I'm concerned, I was treated with respect and I would consider buying from them again if the need arises. As with any used vehicle, you just have to take a chance sometimes and maybe I got lucky but that's fine with me.

I was there to look at a car the sales people were unwelcoming and rude.. didn't look like they wanted to sell the car. I call up a day before to let them know to check the car see if it work off they lied.. car didn't work, didn't start was way more damaged than photos. I checked the photos later and they looked like photo-shopped..

Bought an 'As Is' car so I didn't expect a new car experience, but I certainly didn't expect my 4k cash car to break down before I even made it home from the dealership. I've never had such a bad experience with a cash car or dealership, and I will NEVER buy from them again. I have no idea how much my less than a day old car is going to end up costing me. Just a nightmare experience. UPDATE: When I came to pick up my car, the staff recognized me from my Google review and they immediately opened communication and took care of the problem NO CHARGE. Not only that, but they also have promised to fix the AC that was a hidden issue as well. From my experience today, speaking with several staff and owners, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely do business with them again
