The sales guy was very nice and friendly. However, he didn't listen too much about what we wanted, he just heard a few numbers and tried to get us into something not worth our money. Plus we had to walk all the way to the back of the lot to see what we wanted. Didn't make a purchase and went elsewhere.

We were in Jacksonville from Canada on holidays and needed some servicing done on our Jeep. Clyde in service went out of his way to help us. The servicing was good and on time. We had another warranty issue the same trip. Went back to Clyde and he again was super. And had our issue dealt with and got us out of there right away. Clyde was a complete joy to deal with. Thanks again!

Scheduled appointment for 7:30AM, dropped off vehicle at 7:00AMdo you think that matteredno! Called the service department at 2PM to check on my vehicle status, service rep said they haven’t seen it yet! So what the Hell was the 7:30AM appointment for?!?!
After all was said and done at 4PM, the alignment, rotate, balance, multi point check and any other issue I had with my Jeep was unresolved. Here’s the kickerservice said they could change rear break pads but it would take overnight. This guy called me at 3:30 to tell me that my rear brake pads needed replacingthey don’t close until 7PM so why would you need my Jeep overnight.
Word to the wise, if you have a modified Jeep these guys either don’t know what they are doing or do not want to work on it. Please go to one of the many 4x4 specialists in the areas as I should have! Avoid this service department now!

I don’t even want to give this place any stars. I went to test drive a vehicle to see if I really liked it and it was the worst experience ever. I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. My husband and I went inside and no one even said as much as Hello. Sales associates were literally just sitting around. One actually got up from his chair to get closer to the television and then walked passed my husband and I to take a seat in another area. My husband finally asked the receptionist if all of the sales associates were busy and her response was they are all pretty busy on Saturdays. The receptionist gets on the intercom and announces that a customer needs assistance in the showroom and the guy (Delnovan) that just walked past us gets up and walks over to assist us. He was what many would call “nice/nasty”. I honestly can’t even believe that such poor customer service could ever be acceptable in a facility where customer service is essential to sales. I would NEVER recommend anyone to patronize this establishment.

Went in to have the engine replaced. My 16-year-old daughter picked up the jeep and noticed the check engine light on, which no one else at the service department ever noticed. So they took the Jeep back and cleared the light, but never checked to find out why the light was on. She gets the jeep home and it will not start come to find out the batteries are shortened out. We take it back they do not know why The batteries are short it out so I pay to have two new batteries put in. My 16-year-old daughter gets the jeep home, and cannot get the jeep to start and the check engine light is on. We take it back and they discover that the entire relay box is now bad. Never had a problem with any electrical issues. So we pay for a new electrical relay box, even though we never had a problem with the electrical. They say it is not their fault that the electrical system went bad. My daughter picks up the jeep and it has a rattle. They say it is the exhaust system and that is not their fault even though we never had a rattle in the exhaust before. They repair it and my 16-year-old daughter picks up the jeep and it is still rattling. But that is not their fault. We have taken the Jeep in six times total with five returns. The five returns had nothing to do with the initial issue and each time my 16-year-old daughter had to find the problem that they could not find including a check engine light a rattle and bad batteries. A two week $8000 job has now turned in to over a month and over $10,000. Enclosing they had the audacity to tell me that they repaired the Rattle for free even though it was not their fault.

Worst experience ever. I've never been so disrespected at a dealership, I'm sure because I'm a female. Salesman was new and admittedly not familiar with car sales. Without asking for my down payment or what my needs or wants were for a new vehicle, they refused to sell me a car, based purely on my Mercedes lease. RIDICULOUS. I wasn't looking for the dealership to pay off my lease. What a bunch of idiots. Too many other dealerships in the area to deal with these incompetent fools.

The car is nice, but hey - we paid them in cash for the total amount.
What I didn't like was when the finance guy tried to upsell us to the premium extended warranty policy - a 1,000 above the 2,000 we were already paying for what we were led to believe was the best policy, and after I repeatedly refused to pay another thousand, and after the paperwork was finalized he suddenly 'remembered' we 'could have' gotten the best policy for only 400 - thanks!
Another bad experience was after everything was signed and we took delivery, we were handed 1 key fob, instead of the usual 2 - and anyone who has had to replace those know they are not cheap. The salesman, a young affable type promised to 'look into it', but despite repeated texts from me, he refuses to even give me the courtesy of a reply..
I guess they got their money, he got his commission - heck with us.
I've worked at auto dealerships for over 25 years, and I've should have known better. I'm proud to say I've worked and managed parts depts and I've only sold parts that people needed, and if I could point them in a better direction as far as price I would.
There are decent dealerships out there, but I think this place represents the worst - I will never take my Dodge to that place for service..

This will be my last trip to this location! This is the closest Dodge dealer to me and over the past 12 years I have come here for service but have had issues that cause me to not want to come back, then after time passes I give them another chance and eventually the cycle repeats.
Today's issue was 100% my fault (I came for an oil change and was here before they opened. I pulled up to the service bay but did not notice the special lane for oil change so I was the first car in the regular service lane. I was the second car overall to pull in today. When the doors opened the first guy I came in contact with explained I was in the wrong lane and was polite. He informed the guy running the oil change lane I was for him. As I got out and apologized for being in the wrong lane saying "I didn't notice the specific lane" the black guy in the cowboy hat loudly said "there is a big sign")
Now that may not sound bad, but it was his demeanor coupled with the the overall lack of making me feel like they wanted my business. As I said, I have had an up and down relationship with this location over the years. My alternate dealer (Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge) is 40 minutes away but they make you feel like a valued customer. I have never had a bad experience with them. From the first person you speak to all the way through the cashier they all make it a positive experience. That is where ALL my future business will go as I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!

If you made it through this entire review, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place and take the drive to the other dealer off Gate Parkway and 295. You will be treated much better.

Overall pleased with the purchase. After research I went in with a figure that seemed fair for both sides and paid 1K more, close enough. I did sit for almost two hours while waiting to finalize deal and then for them to wash it, not pleasant. Would have been five stars if not for the wait

I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership, and I was so impressed with the sales and service. Our salesman, Terry P., was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He provided us with excellent customer service, and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. The sales manager, Thomas, worked closely with us to help us reach a purchase agreement, and price, that was very fair. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and I would be happy to conduct business with them again in the future.

We have bought 3 cars from Orange Park Dodge in the last few years thanks to their customer service and especially Blake the sales manager. Blake is the most caring person in car buying we have ever met, he is an honest and great person who will treat you like family instead of a potential customer.

The rest of the sales team is also fantastic, Fred and Jimmie are two great sales guys who are knowledgeable of the product they sell. Jimmie is the kind of guy who will always make you smile and have a fun time car shopping.

Thomas is also a great guy, super nice and very appreciative of business.

I could name more, but I am sure you get the overview by now, this sales team is simply incredible and the most caring we have ever had the pleasure of working with ever. Thank you Blake and co. For always being so amazing to us and getting us the best deal possible while treating us like friends. We will be back in the future, you guys deserve it!
