  Very nice and professional. They did a wonderful job on my vehicle. With the exception The counter guy tried to up sale services that are not even due for another 8,000 miles. He noted I needed brakes, and He stated "all foreign cars also need to replace their rooters as well." Rooters too? I have not even worn down the pads. He also though it was appropriate to be on his cell phone texting while checking me out at the same time. Talented!
