When our 2016 Chevy Silverado broke down in Fayetteville, NC on our way home from Florida, our truck was under warranty was towed there. NO ONE helped us when we came in. I spoke to the internet sales manager on the phone prior to coming and was told he couldn't help us because we did not buy the car there. When I asked for the GM warranty number he didn't want to give it to me. I asked him to look it up to help but since we didn't buy the car there, it was an issue. When we walked in we had no direction on what we needed to do since we were out of town. Terrible customer service, and they were not even busy. Didn't try to help calm down the situation at hand or listen. We were there for almost 2 hours trying to figure out how to get HOME. I even asked for someone to help get us to the airport and one of the employees said he was going to help us and he didn't "Your going to look into it, but your sitting on your computer not doing anything Thankfully, a nice man that worked there could tell we were upset and we FINALLY got a rental, and he kindly took us to the airport. ( I think he did it out of the goodness of his heart.) GM is aware of this situation that happened that evening. I wanted to write this with a good head. It has been a little over a month now. They did fix our truck and we are thankful and brought it back to us. BUT that night the CUSTOMER SERVICE was awful.I work in the public and serve others. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope and pray this was a lesson learned. When I walk in to a GM dealership, We should feel like family wherever we are! The next day we went to our Hall Chevy dealership in Chesapeake, VA and there was a man that opened the door for us and said, "How can we help you?". How nice and simple, didn't know our situation, and was kind and listened to us! Kindness is FREE, and customer service is EVERYTHING.
Worst place ever to buy a vehicle. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Unfortunately I bought a vehicle from this place and I've had nothing but headaches with them.
This car buying experience was the best that we have ever had and we are in our 50s. JT was a great salesman that answered all our questions about the vehicle. Andre was working very hard to get us in our new car and he also did an excellent job. Bobs job is unique and we never seen this at a dealership. REED-LALLIER you guys are all awesome and thank you so much for our best car buying experience.
This was one of the most awesome experiences of my life. From the meeting of the salesman, JT, until the finish, the sealing of the deal, with Dennis. I was served with the most care and understanding. Never did I feel as though I was being taken for a ride; and as a result acquired the actual vehicle sought with a load of extras, and one that meets my needs with ease. I give all glory to God for this experience.
THEY WILL PROMISE YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE BUT THEY JUST LIE. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU BY BEING SO NICE IN THE BEGINNING, THAT'S WHAT THEY DID TO ME. BUT AFTER I PURCHASED A VEHICLE WITHOUT KNOWING IT HAD A SCRATCH ON THE BUMPER I Was there at the dealership and I called all the time to know what the dealership was going to do as they never called me to let me know anything. I HAD TO PUSH THEM TO DO SOMETHING! AND WHEN I DID THEY DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME, I WAS IGNORED! DO NOT COME HERE.
All of the sales department staff was very helpful. Allison did an awesome job. When we were waiting for paperwork to be done they got drinks and donuts for my children and when we were with finance and came back out they had given them stickers and coloring books to enjoy and take home. They went above and beyond other dealerships we visited.
A great place to buy any automobile.
They are always nice and treat you like family.
If you want a good salesman ask for:
Ray Johnson he is the best. He will help you find what your looking for!! He always goes the extra mile for you and your family!!
They made sure of what we wanted, then offered choices to narrow down the selections available. My husband has difficulty walking long distances, so this was important to us. They assisted with financing options, recommended items to compliment the selections, and made sure we were comfortable during the whole event. Ray was an exceptional salesman, and didn't try to push us toward something we didn't want or need.
Service department is terrible. 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn't check the nitrogen levels on tires. Had to take my car to Rick Hendrick to get them filled. Left a grease stain on the upholstery. Contacted them on the website and got the "we'll contact you soon" reply. Never was contacted. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. You've been warned.
Worst experience. Especially with customer service. I have an electric issue with my 2007 Tahoe. Brought it to Reid-Lallier to fix the issue. Got charged $400 for a $70 negative battery cable (that supposedly fixed it). Truck ran for a short time and I got left stranded with the same issue I took the truck in for. Then customer service was rude when I called to get it reserviced. I will never return to this dealer and don't recommend anyone else.
Allison did an amazing job from start to finish making my car buying experience perfect. Bob was the icing on the cake explaining all the fine details. Highly recommended.
This is the first place where I've seen the owner of anything reply to comments. That's A Good Job! & This is a remarkable Place. Friendly People and Very Attentive ♡ Thank you reed Lallier. My husband got a truck there today. And I have all intentions of being your customer too! Love this Place 100%
Coming here was the best decision I ever made! Bob Lanford is the man very helpful and a great person. On the other hand if your looking for a new or used car I would highly recommend Ms. Loria Davis the best sales person ever! She is heaven sent!
