I bought twould cars from this site on Oct 5th this year.a 2017 sentra for my.wife and I bought a 2018 Altima the sales person was very pushy .I caught him in a lot of lies the GM was also very unprofessional.I the sales person lie to my wife about a 100 dollars she was surprise to get when I bought my car she never got the money. I will never buy another car from this place. The sales person whose i initials ate E G also promise us free first oil changes I will see if this was a lie to wonder I bought the two cars he don't want to have anything to do with you. Very poor costomer service.

Worse experience every..so unprofesional..not thefirst time but the last..nissan of roanoke rapids cant sell me a piece of candysales person had the audacity to tell me to stop paying on my car and let it be repo and buy from them..crazy..had 9 appt for oil change and detailstart detailing car at 1 pm..ridiculous

Christian Guy in financial department is very unprofessional. Have called and left messages after message and he wont return your call. Poor business like ethics!! Call general manager same problem!! Trying to handle refund check from GAP insurance and he didn't process paper work like he should have. Trying to settle issue but NO RESPONSE!! GAP insurance company haven't received the paperwork from Mr.GUY and it's been over a month!! Real professional😡😡

Service was horrible. Drove almost 3 hours to buy a car that was told to is over the phone was one price and when we got there it was higher then we were told. The salesman was rude. When he couldn't get the car down to the price he told us over the phone we asked for license back he got loud with us slammed them down on The counter. We get up to walk out him and my husband at this point are fussing. The manager and another salesman came out and apologized. Long story short they ended up going down a lol onyhe car we bought it. It had a dent in the side we were told they could fix it they kept the car for a week and didn't fix it. A month after we bought it the breaks and rotors went bad and we had to pay out of pocket to have them replaced. Would never recommend this place to anyone

They are really nice the dealer did not just jump on me when i got there. He let me walk and look around for a while before coming to check on me. I can say that I've never been more relaxed at a car dealership

Ahoskie, NC to keep the Services up to date and whatever the needs may be based on their Service Department.I have not met a better Servicemen than John..He has the Genuine Customer Services Skills no matter what the problems may beif anyone looking for a Service Home for your vehicle go by and see John at Nissan in Roanoke Rapids, NC no matter what you are driving.I would feel safe recommending anyone to go by and see John and not worry about being taken advantage of.We have been using this Dealership for the last 6 years

We bought 2016 hrv love the car they pulled every string possible to get us approved and they did. Terence Brown is an amazing salesman and very personable. Would do business there again anyway.
