When I first got there the place seemed to be moving slow. No one noticed me but the lady at the desk. Great place to go to buy a car they give you enough time to decide if you want to get the car. Only gripe I have is negotiating a better deal

Even though we didn't buy, the service and effort was Great, I would recommend. To at least stop as they are friendly and help you out allot , no pressure at all,

It was a wonderful experience, a year ago I got a 2010 Nissan Altima, walked in asked what they had for my price range, gave me the out the door price, found my car, test drive it and signed the papers and was out the door in no time. Good environment, make you feel welcome and at home, definitely recommend, and would definitely buy here again. 😌😌😁😁

I worked with a sales agent to buy a 2017 Honda Pilot. When I called I wanted the "out the door price". The price was what I was willing to pay so I went down, test drove the car and was ready to sign the paperwork to purchase it. Then the salesman came back and said THEY had made an error in calculating my taxes and it would be an additional $500.00. I had the OTD price in writing! They were not willing to work with me at all!!! So I left the car there. The next day they texted me and said they could take $200.00 off the additional $500.00. I still left the car there. I took the day off work to go down and purchase the car. A waste of my time. I would not suggest buying a car from them.

I will say the car buying experience was nice, but the service department is terrible. How can you expect to buy a car, but not be able to have it serviced at the same location? I've had so many issues including: being quoted the wrong price, checking off the "20 point" inspection with all passing (green) when previously I've been told my tires and filters were in need of attention ASAP, oil changes not carried out completely or not at all (not resetting the oil change light/putting a sticker in the window/fixing one issue, but not including everything you were scheduled for), etc. Honesty goes a long way, so if their techs are just marking off the inspections, I can't imagine what else they are doing halfway. The service department is friendly and professional, but the actual service is horrible. With that said, you might can catch a "deal" here at Honda of RR, but make sure you take your vehicle to be serviced at another dealership.

Recently purchases a used vehicle from Honda of Roanoke Rapids. My salesman, Shawn Robinson was the absolute best. Very satisfied with him and his honest sales tactics. He and his assistant, Stephanie Tillery, made the experience easier than I thought it would be. Had some minor issues with the service department but he helped smooth it out. Visit Shawn if you want to buy a car.

I have never been moved to write a review one way or another, but I have to let people know how great the Service Dept. at Honda of Roanoke Rapids, NC is. As a parent we want to protect our children at all times, but when they grow up and go away, we hope they will encounter people that will show compassion for them as they encounter the trials & tribulations in their life. My daughter had problems with her Honda Accord yesterday while traveling home, 8hrs away from me and God placed some very compassionate people in her life. The Honda Service dept. went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my child and her car load of belongings were kept safe and out of harms way. From providing information on a safe hotel to waiting for the tow truck to get her there, words can't even describe how grateful we are to you all. If what we experienced yesterday is the standard, this is TRULY a great dealership. To Jessica Jones & Anttwan Carter Thank You both from the bottom of my heart for the compassion you showed my daughter. May God Bless you!!!!!
