If I could give zero stars I would. I drive a mini cooper, which I am aware can be difficult to work on, so I called ahead of time to verify that they had worked on them before etc. And was assured that they had. They had my car for over a month initially and never took the time to update me, I constantly had to follow up with them. When I did call the guy that I spoke with was VERY degrading and spoke down to me. When I did finally get my car back it STILL was not fixed. They took my car back again and were kind enough to give me a rental (which they then later accused me of damaging in the less than 8 hours I had it). I was also told that once I was able to get new tires for the car they would reimburse me for an alignment, which over a year later I still have not seen. AND I have had to have the car aligned THREE times in that year, so clearly the car was not fixed properly. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

The staff at Foster's was friendly and helpful. My repairs were completed timely and my car looks great! This was my second time using them. Both times I was extremely satisfied with the results.

Absolutely top notch very personal service. They treat you as a valuable customer rather than someone asking for a favor---more and more a rarity today. The body work was also top notch. I will recommend Foster's to any and everyone who needs body work.

Foster's did an amazing job on my front grill after a deer incident. Initially they quoted a higher price but when I asked to skip the bumper paint job they were quite professional and requited with a lower price. Work done was superior in quality and in/out of the ship was seamless. Really positive experience with Fosters.

They drove me to the airport, and picked me up again a few days later--in my repaired car! What a great service! And the bodywork was perfect too.

During a minor fender bender at a red light, my car needed both the front and rear bumper replaced as well as a few minor repairs. The other driver's car insurance agreed to pay to repair the damage on the car. Just moving to the area, and not having experience with reliable mechanics in the area, I decided to give Foster's Auto Body a chance. The insurance company gave a quote of about $3500 to repair the visible damage, and agreed to add a supplement payment after the mechanic looked under the hood.

To make a long story, short Foster's had my car for 2 months. I called the shop numerous times, and they assured me that they ordered the parts and were waiting for them to arrive. After a little over two months, I received a call from the shop's owner that they were unable to repair my car. After they took off both bumpers, lights, the radiator, condenser and other under the hood parts, they told me that they were not able to repair the car due to damage from a previous accident. That is totally understandable, if it wasn't two months later! This was by far the most inconvenient, and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a mechanic.

When I went to pick up my car, they totaled the bill to be a little below what the insurance company quoted me. They told me that due to the labor to take the parts off, they had to charge me over $3000. I got my car back worse than I gave it to them. I gave them a complete car, and picked up a frame, doors, windows and the engine (a skeleton of what I had before) and had to pack the bumper, radiator and other parts in a rental to take to another shop to get fixed. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for body work to get a quote from the mechanic prior to work being done. Although, Foster's agreed that they could do the job for the quoted price, it ended up just being a lie. I ended up losing the money to repair my car from the insurance company, and picked up my car in pieces. By far, this was a nightmare. By reading other reviews, my situation seems to be the exception and not the rule and I pray that it is. I just wanted to share an honest review for anyone looking for repairs to be done on their vehicle.

I went in today for an estimate and I received exceptional service! Everyone in the office was so nice and got to me in a timely manner. The estimator did a great job explaining everything on the estimate, took the time to go over the entire estimate, and was very friendly. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and such a pleasure dealing with. She was so sweet and went out of her way to go through the process. I scheduled for my car to be fixed immediately after getting the estimate and they got me in quickly. Happy to have found a repair shop that I didn't feel taken advantage of.
