“I recently purchased highway pegs. The service tech helped me pick the correct part for my bike as well as the style and adjustability to fit my personal preferences. He took the time to find my bike on the floor, open the box for the pegs he recommended and hold them in place so I could sit on the bike and ensure they would adjust to the position to fit my leg length. Excellent Customer Service!”

“Red was very helpful with me when I was trying to figure out what kind of pipes to put on my 14 Street Glide Special. Also the GM finalized my answer when he let me hear his. Even though I did not end up getting the pipes because I'm thinking about trading bike in next year so I ended up putting day maker lights and passer lights on instead. I don't remember the employee's name but everybody at Stinger Harley Davidson are Awesome!

This is Keith bought my Harley from Dave Bennett arrived at the store with my wife and kid store was closing but they kept it open didn't have what I wanted Dave said he would find one Mark the manager over heard and said he had one coming in the next morning went back bought the bike . They changed all the fluids and went over bike .they put on new tires. The bike was delivered . I had it two days it started dripping oil not running right. Called Dave he said they are coming for the bike. Dave said they will check it out again. Awsome company awesome staff. No pressures. Treat you like family. Will go back when I buy another bike. They run a company like it should be.

“I had heard that Century was the place to buy a Harley. Now I know why. Ray Kurowski and Dave Bennett bent over backwards to completely satisfy my needs. Since this was going to be my first Harley, They guided me to the right bike. I had knee surgery a year ago and was haveing a little trouble with seat height. Ray and Dave worked really hard and came up with the right combination for me. I can't thank Ray and Dave enough. They certainly know their products and they know how to treat a customer. Century is fortunate to have them on staff!!! Keep up the good work!”

Customer service in their parts department is absolutely disappointing. After a few interactions with them, we have come to realize how unorganized they are. They do not return phone calls promised or even when my parts have arrived. Several calls are required in order to obtain the parts. They either "cannot be found" or "systems have crashed" when calls are made after sitting on hold for quite some time. Just terrible customer service. Our business from this point forward will be taken elsewhere.

Meghan and her crew have created an atmosphere of comradery that is seldom seen at the dealership level. The events are fun and interesting, and they draw in large crowds of participants. Century Harley Davidson (Sorry, but it will always be Century to me.), is one of the few places that a biker can go, and always look forward to what might be going on. This is good for the customer. This is good for business. Keep up the good work!!!
