Sean Nye was absolutely wonderful to work with. We drove three hours to get to Wooster Chrysler and they never disappointed us. Everything went as planned just like Sean and I spoke about the day before, and the vehicle was in the exact condition Sean said it was going to be. We had our four year old son and he was starving, they made him popcorn, one of the salesman gave him an apple and Chris even gave him a buck for the vending machine. We are very pleased with our experience and wouldn't hesitate to drive the three hours to get there again for our next vehicle. Definitely above and beyond what we expected.

Excellent experience our sales person James Mason was a pleasure to work with and worked hard to get us the best deal. No pressure to buy anything we didn't want from anyone. Chris the manager had everything ready and organized which made completing the sale easy and quick. Everyone there made you feel welcome and comfortable. As we were leaving and the dealership was closed we called James who came back to get my wife's Sun glasses we forgot in our trade. That's how you take care of customers. Highly recommend them for your next purchase make sure to ask for James.

I would start by saying it was my first experience with Wooster Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. It turned out to be a excellent buying experience. Everyone was professional and willing to help. The dealership worked to find the vehicle I was looking for and followed through to make it happen. James Mason was my salesman he had a positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to help find the vehicle i was looking for and make sure it was a good deal for his customer. Buying vehicles today isn't as a fun experience as in the past. Dealerships have changed, salesman in general are annoying. Could be me I guess. The prices are a huge factor these days also. I recently bought used here because I just can't affordwon't commit to new car prices. But Allen and the crew at Wooster were friendly, helpful, easy to work with, and could tell I didn't want to play games. I was happy to have bought from them which is rare lately. Great job guys. I will definitely consider them in the future on my next purchase.

The team at Wooster Jeep provided a fantastic, pressure-free buying experience. We visited Dave Heath, not thinking a new car was in our budget, and he presented options which made a new Jeep Cherokee fit in our budget. I am sorry. I liked the dealer when I purchased my 2012 Avenger last year. In Jan of 2017 my transmission failed. It was under warrantee and replaced. However. I have no idea what they did to my car when they had it in the shop. This car was a smooth running quiet car before the trans failed. Now, I cant drive much over 60 on the highway as it shakes. The steering wheel shakes like mad at 60plus. I sent a few emails to the dealer and have not heard back.

Update. Took Avenger in today. They figured out why the check eng light was on, fixed it and noticed I had a bad CV shaft. That part is now on order. The rear brakes are the shaking issue. Not related to any work they performed. Overall, I am very pleased with Wooster Dodge and WILL return to my next car purchase.
