I am somewhat mechanically inclined, but I do not have time with my schedule to do my own work. I live nearby so I decided to bring my vehicle to Mike's. I with with Mike. I gave no indication that I was mechanically inclined. I told him the cars symptoms and he proceeded to completely BS me. There are honest shops in the area this is not one of them. Avoid.

All that glitters isn't gold.
Mike is not his real name. This is a Muslim run establishment. Research what is going on in Dearborn Michigan and the EU.. I caught Mike in some serious lies that would have cost me a good deal of money. I now boycott all Muslim run establishments. Pay attention to detail when dealing with these people. If you are in shallow water (small stuff) you will find that they are mostly honest. If you go into deep water with them they WILL drown you. Stay away!

I have brought our 2005 Impala company car there several times. Alex the owner is amazing (Some people call him Mike just because of the previous owner i believe). Alex is first of all the nicest guy we have ever worked with but not only that this guy knows his stuff. For example, the windshield wipers stopped working once and were stuck in the up position and someone i knew tried to fix them (got them down but then didnt work at all) Alex took one look at it and knew exactly what to do. He has kept all of our vehicles running smooth and always fixes them promptly. Dont be fooled by how busy they are, they still get the job done QUICKLY, and RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. On top of ALL of that, we are NEVER over charged, in fact, i dont know how he makes a profit because i compare pricing for EVERYTHING i pay for and he is always well below the average cost. I will never use any other repair shop other than Mike's Muffler. Take your vehicle there and see for yourself!

Make sure you ask for new metal on a muffler hanger not a spot weld on the old. Nice guy for simple muffler jobs

Wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs. Mike is honest and will do the work well for a fair amount of money. Seems like a great guy with a knack for what he does.

I have been taking my vehicles there for years. They are usually very afforable unless you have major problem. Very kind and friendly enviroment. Have not had problems with anything that they have worked on. They only bad thing is they are always so busy.

This is hands down the only muffler shop that I'll do business with. I drove 40 miles today to bring a close family friend to his shop. Alex stayed open later to help get the job done! No other place would have done that. Anyone looking for a great deals and quality work with great customer service this is the place!!

Was recommended by two separate people and I couldn't be more pleased. Friendly environment and great work. Had everything done the way I wanted and didn't break the bank either. They even stayed over just to complete the project. I would defiantly recommend them to everyone in need of any exhaust/muffler work.
