Excellent and friendly customer service. I've banked here for years, was going to move everything into one bank a few years ago, but Stearns gave me the direct deposit number, so i kept it and it has saved me in many bad situations down the road!

It's difficult in this day and age to manage money, but Sterns operates on a straightforward basis, which in the business world, is much appreciated.

Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Had 6 equipment loans with them and paid them off early so I didn't have to get their annoying 6 time a day phone calls.
