Went with a party of six and had a great dinner. The sausage sandwich was a new favorite, the meat/cheese board was delicious- I've ordered it the last three times I've been! They have good hot tea- I've had their chai and lavender Earl grey and enjoyed both- and our waiter Tom was great. Our gluten intolerant diner with us said the gluten free crust was probably the best she's had, but wished there was more cheese on the pizza (had a wide crust/cheese mostly in the middle).

The staff here is 5 star! My boyfriend and I had our first date here, and they really went above and beyond at the end of the night. We were chatting until the staff had to leave for the night, but three of the staff came out with candles and told us if we wanted to stay and talk that we could. It was one of the nicest and most sincere staff we have come across. The food was also great as well! Their pizza and desserts are both great, which is why we originally decided to go to Cibo. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond!

Second time here, and still impressed. One of the best pizzerias downtown that doesn't break the bank. For two people, one pizza is enough and goodness, it's delicious. Staff is also really friendly and eating outside is a treat on its own, especially at night.

The place is lovely inside and out. We went during lunch time and it was quiet and pretty much empty. With that being said, I couldn't imagine going for the dinner rush with the tiny parking lot! But at least the have complimentary valet service.

The pizza was pretty good, but the dessert had me screaming in delight!

This is a beautiful and whimsical environment. Usually, food is really good. I'm not sure if they were just so busy they were more concerned about getting it out quick instead of the quality. Just a bit disappointing. Now, we were a large party so we easily entertained ourselves, and thank goodness because we had the rudest waitress I think I ever had. She seemed so inconvenienced and unhappy to be there. Let me also say, we asked for 3 different checks and she added gratuity to our individual checks. Which I don't like be cause I always give more for a tip! She was so rude, she was lucky she added the tip because she would have got way less!

Can't go wrong with this one. We had the calzone hands down one of the best. Very nice service in a very neat and clean atmosphere. Loved it and will go again.

I was there with my daughters and sat at the bar..had so much fun..the bar tender was AMAZING!! Very attentive.

DELICIOUS pizza, quick and friendly service, clean, reasonably priced. Went during lunch on a Saturday. Tried the Arancini appetizer, never heard of it before but it was great. Their homemade bread with olive oil and balsamic was also good. Definitely will be back.

Also, they offer a military discount!

What a beautiful and romantic spot to schedule a date night!

The restaurant is beautiful placed in an old house in downtown Phoenix. Their patio is romantically lit and offers enough privacy between tables to enjoy your meal without being crunched together.

The food is spectacular. All of the produce is extremely fresh and their pizzas are incredibly. The vegetarian pizza is one of my favorites, and they certainly do not skimp on the toppings!

The staff is always very friendly. The last time we went it was quite busy (Prom night as we found out) and our waitress was assisting several large tables. We understood the delay and didn't mind at all since we were enjoying the beautiful patio and just taking in the food in conversation. She apologized to us for not being as attentive as she wanted to be and removed our wine and beer off the menu. It was very unexpected and showed they actually do care about their customers.

We have almost always had to wait at least 30 minutes for a table for two, but the wait is well worth it. I would highly recommend CIBO to anyone who enjoys good food, beautiful scenery and a romantic night out.

During a once in a lifetime trip to Arizona to witness spring training my son and I wanted to find some special place for a dinner. He googled and we ended up at Cibo. It was a wise choice. The weather was fine so we chose an outdoor table. He ordered a split type pizza which was perfect and we soothed our thirst with one of their sparkling wines. This was a good experience all around.

The restaurant itself is very quaint and not all that big but the atmosphere is great. If it's not deathly hot out, I recommend eating outside on the patio. When you arrive, beware though, the parking is limited.

Now for the food, the pizza is amazing! Fresh ingredients and wood fired taste, doesn't get any better. Thank god the pizza and atmosphere was so amazing because everything else fell a little short. Service was mediocre, not very attentive and a bit clumsy. No draft beers, only bottles, which is disappointing and the beer I got was luke warm served with a glass that just came don't of the dishwasher.

Still gets four stars for the pizza alone.

Great atmosphere in downtown! Some of the best out door seating you will find in downtown Phoenix. Great patio with lots of trees, live music that's not too loud, and good service. The place does get very crowded and the bar is very small. Get a drink and take it outside on the patio while you wait.

My experience of a great dining in a pleasant atmosphere with charming decorations when I first came to AZ. It was so memorable that I wrote a few paragraphs about that experience in my blog. They served, and still serve great Italian food and other dishes including their tasty and specially prepared pizza in the indoor and outdoor sitting areas. The service is implacable provided by friendly and efficient staff. The bar offers all kinds of drinks based on the orders. A wonderful dining experience as a whole.

Came here on a Monday for a GNU. We arrived at 6pm to beat the dinner rush and very glad we did. By the time we left the restaurant was packed so do come early if you don't want to wait. We started with brochette and the bureaucrat with arugula and toast. Both antipastos were soon good. The brochette had toasted garlic bread and was so fresh. And need I say more about bureaucrat? So good with anything! For my main dish, I got the La Vera Carbonation and it was divine. The culmination of pittance and non cream pasta made me happy with every bite. Our server was also very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you wanna check out an Italian place in the Richmond district.
