It"s a very sad moment for this location will close permanently on December 9, 2016. I've been very satisfied with the customer service that I've received. Thanks to all Fry's employees.
Great people and very easy to get in and out, especially with children. They get to know their regular customers and are willing to answer any questions you have.
Very disappointed that this location is closing the other Frys on Elliott Rd does not have the friendly staff that Alma School Rd does shame on the commercial realestate company for losing such a good tenant. You guys at Alma School Frys and Wells Fargo Bank will be missed.
I will haply choose Frys over Wal-mart any day. Prices are great and costumer service is excellent. No waiting in lines fr 15 minutes to check out!
If I can give you -0 star I will. While I was kneeling on baby food aisle (I just give birth 6months ago), fry's worker with her stuff cart knocked me over. My lower back and ankle are hurt. The fry's worker- she is so nice and she call the manager for me. The manager said sorry and give the report with no claim number. She said I have to wait for Kroger call back to me. I think they will call me and send me to their doctor or somethings. But they didn't. I was waiting in my hurt and I try to call them, leave a lots messages but nobody answer me. I came back to Fry's store and need the help to call Kroger but the manager didn't come out to see me and the staff told me call them again and give me another report with claim number after he saw mine. I have to go my doctor and X-ray my lower back and ankle. I am waiting the results. Kroger or Fry's no one call back to me and ask about their fault make to me even a question "are you ok?" This is an irresponsible action to customer.
Please help me what should I do right now?
The cashiers Tina and keenahyn (sp ?) were not shy about voicing their negative opinions about upper management, completely ignoring me as they were ringing up/bagging my items. Tina described how another employee got her written up and the other gentleman was defending how he tried to warn her etc.. They went into how unfair management was and Tina went as far as to say "they can write me up all they want, I could care less!" the whole situation was so unprofessional and inappropriate. The two of them speaking so poorly about the management and who runs the grocery store I shop at every week was a little unnerving to say the least. I can see why she was written up once and she should be again in my opinion for openly complaining about her job in front of shoppers. I found it quite ironic that she openly talked about (almost bragging) her job performance being questioned as she, IN FRONT OF SO MANY, failed to perform her job professionally and in an appropriate manner presently. She was not being descrete in the slightest either. I hope someone can pull her aside and let her know venting should be done during personal time. Not on the clock in front of people just trying to pick up groceries for their families. I happily would have taken a smile and a "did you find everything okay?" instead of a bitching fest. I still cannot believe a grown woman wouldn't know better than that.. Please help
