We sat outside for Happy Hour. Very pleasant. Scott was our server, very good service. Appetizers we're wonderful, especially the pepper shrimp over eggplant. Overall, very, very nice experience.

Ordered pasta brio, used to be good, not as much now, less tasty, smaller portion looked more like half portion. Outdoor seats, most uncomfortable ever, aggravated my friends sciatica, I couldn't stay for desert or chat, horrible chairs.

I love Brio Scottsdale! I work at Scottsdale Quarter so I go at least once a week. Their app is awesome. I always get a free appetizer or 10 dollars off, etc. And I have to say, Larry, who does takeout orders and works at the bar, is my absolute favorite. He goes above and beyond every time I see him; and my co-workers have the same experience. Everyone knows Larry on a first-name basis!

We came in for dinner with a big group and the food was amazing! Service was average but they did have a new waiter so we were patient.. The worst thing was as we were leaving there was a cockroach on the wall!!! We told the waiter and he literally shrugged it off We're from Utah so we were a little mortified. :(

The ambiance/atmosphere was really nice and clean. The food was good. just really small portions, not that I need to eat a huge amount. Basically it was overpriced for what you get

Not sure what all changed but I've visited the Scottsdale Quarter location twice within a year and the taste of the food has been mediocre to bland at best. I've come here plenty of times in the past and have always loved the food but it's just not the same.
