The one thing that sticks out the most is when you search for hotels with pools, their hotel comes up with an image of a indoor pool. So we booked the room based on what we had searched for. Come to find out that the picture is of a completely different pool not located there. They said they knew about it and it's a reported image and information.
On top of that we stayed for two nights. On our second day we had sugar ants located in the bathroom and kitchen area. After informing them of the problem, we got a message late on the last night before we left offering to move rooms.
Upon leaving and calling to speak with management about charges and possible solutions to issues, my wife was hung up on for stating the difficulties and teying to find a resolution. Called back from her phone several times and was ignored. Called from my phone and was answered and still didn't achieve any solutions.
Dealing with a corporate number now and was told that someone would call and a discounted rate on our room would be reimbursed within 24 hours. That was 3 days ago and still no response, email, or reimbursement.
For as many motels that are around that area. Would recommend a different one.response / report this review -

Horrible. We arrived at 9pm, delayed flight. We had a confirmed reservation for a family of four. They gave our room away because they said we weren't there by 6 p.m. absolutely horrible customer service

Do a walk through when you check in. Report any damage immediately and request another room. I did not and there was damage to a TV chest when I checked in (I didn't notice it until the next day). I reported it when I checked out so they would know about it and could address it. They then blamed me and charged me $200 for damage I reported, but did not cause. The manager promised an investigation, but did nothing. I've written to the USA headquarters and did not receive a response. I will no longer patronize IHG hotels as I can't afford to be assessed for damages caused by others. It's unfortunate as I do like staying in Staybridge Hotels.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Amazing general manager. Comfortable beds and good sizerooms. The staff accommodates complaints and requests quickly and go above and beyond. Will always be a top choice.
