Lovely suite w/everything I needed. Great breakfast with hot items and Happy Hour 5:30 - 7 pm evenings with entree and salad! Good coffee too. Friendly, efficient staff. Only downsides = no pool and VERY FIRM bed. Otherwise, live this place.

Very nice location, the people here were nice and friendly. The managers reception dinner has wine and beer on tap, courtesy of the hotel. The great room has a nice fireplace and the breakfast is a few levels above your typical continental breakfast. The rooms are clean and roomy and the cupboards have a full utensils and place settings for 4.

Beautiful place with great room complete with fireplace. Breakfast is much better than most hotels, surpassing the typical continental style by a long shot. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent service and housekeeping. Suite was roomy and comforting. Breakfast is amazing and 3 free happy hours a week with food is fantastic! Free laundry and complimentary beverages every day. Pillows soft and cool. Stayed 2 weeks due to apartment fire. Thank you!

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Oakbrook. Close to food, shopping and the highway. Three days out of the week they host a social hour where guests can eat and drink for free. The food is served buffet style and they also serve tap beer and bottled wine which was quite nice. The rooms were excellent with a nice view. I'll be happily staying again when in the area!

The staff was nice, the breakfast was good, and all the gym equipment worked. There was some trash swept under one of the beds, but there was nothing living or smelly. Since I slept on top of the bed (which was quiet nice by the way), not under it, I can forgive that. Everything else was as clean as you could ask for.

If you ever in doubt and not sure what place to pick in Lombard this is one to go for. You’ll feel like never leaving home in the first place. Friendly and forthcoming people, will satisfy all your needs. Ask for help and you’ll see. Thank you guys. I’ll for sure come back soon. Rich, you are the true spirit. Spacious rooms with all the amenities, warm breakfast every morning and friendly staff. Oh did I mention they even offer a dinner several nights of the week? Definitely would recommend to anyone that is needing a room whether it be a one nighter or an extended stay!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Firstly, they are trying to cut costs by not having maid service come in on the weekends, so if you want clean towels or your bed made, you'll have to wait until the following Monday. Speaking of the bed, I can't confirm but the sheets did not smell like they were cleaned and bleached before my arrival, as if the bed was made with the previous tenants bedding right before I checked in. Lastly the room reaked of cigar smoke (in a non smoking room, of course). I was able to get a new room after bringing this all to their attention. The second room didn't smell and the AC worked, but again the bed just didn't feel clean. The whole third floor smelled like pot, which apparently nothing can be done of. I also had family in another room who's toilet didn't flush. All great stuff Just do yourself a favor and book elsewhere

Staybridge, Oakbrook is a family place..home away from home. Located in a serene environment with Lake at the back and Trees in the front. You can but to feel comfortable. The staffs here are good to Guests and the Manager is awesome. I'll definitely Lodge again whenever I'm in this area. Great Service. They've got unlimited free Breakfast for guests.

This was the perfect location as I had meetings at a nearby office. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great service. Their breakfast and dinners were excellent.

Nice and friendly staff, very comfort beds, great breakfast. They serve free dinner but didn't experience that part of hotel. Great place for family; very large suites.

The front desk is very nice, room was big and super clean. I especially like the area, there's a bunch of places to eat and you're in between 2 malls. Great location.
