The lodging service is very disappointing. Don’t count on having breakfast, only coffee and oatmeal. Rooms are cold and lot of outside noise. Smells like chemicals inside. No gym and you have to pay for laundry. Very rude personnel. Bed sheets were dirty! Loud refrigerator in the room. No closet just a place with a curtain. Scratched furniture and wear out appliances - if you are lucky to have them working.
The only positive comment is that not many people come here. Lol

Room is very dirty.
Staff is very impatient. I told them I had allergy staying in the room and they just told me this is an old hotel. Why don't you find another hotel to stay. Very bad experience. Would not stay here again.response / report this review -

Rooms were clean and the staff was nice and welcoming. Also love that the hotel welcomes both dogs and cats.

Didn't appear to be well staffed, although this might have been due to a slight surge in check-ins. Rooms were adequate and the location was quiet.
