Don't get fooled by this so called four star hotel. Rude lady in the front! Janet the gm gives people attitude and just wants money. They take 20 dollars hold on top of your payment already. Very loud in the hotel especially the rooms on first floor no relaxation what so ever. Also when we called front desk said they have a hot tub and when we got there no hot tub!!! They lie t

I got this hotel mixed up with the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chicago Naperville/AURORA. This hotel does not have a hot tub, which is why I booked it :( I wish the names would have been more distinguished so I wouldn't have made that mistake.
Pool was a little chilly for my kids, staff was friendly. The woman who was doing the breakfast was a little pushy, she put back an extra plate (that I got for my son who was on his was down from the room) without my permission. I don't like people touching my food. I also saw her move a mans coffee's he set on a table behind him while he made toast, she said he couldn't set anything on the tablesit was just strange to me and a little unsanitary.
Other then that room was clean, pool was clean. There is a bump in the deep end which my husband is sure he broke his toe on, but I think he will pull though ;)
Would recommend for a quick stay, not for swimming with kids.response / report this review -

Good location just off I-88 and walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. Breakfast consists of cereal, toast, scrambled and boiled eggs, turkey sausage, Canadian bacon, oatmeal, waffles and a few other things. The fitness room has 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical machine, and a collection of dumbbells but no bench. The fitness room has no ventilation and gets too hot unless the door is propped open. The shower water pressure is good and the room is nice for the price. The bed and pillows are comfortable. I haven't heard the other guests so far but that might be partially because it isn't very busy right now. Oddly there is no mini-fridge in the room.

Breakfast was tasty and the beds were comfy, but my reason for 3 stars is the bathroom. Wash clothes were stained and the water never got above barely Luke warm. After a long day in the car, I just wanted to take a hot bath, but instead I froze my butt off. It was such an important part of my stay that I had been looking forward to, and it ruined my entire experience. If they fixed this problem and cleaned their linens better, I would definitely have given them 5 stars, because everything else was really nice.

The hotel is located in a relatively nice area, with a good selection of restaurants nearby, and if course many offering delivery - just remember to tip your delivery guy well, as it turns out they don't get paid much save for tips. The rooms are pretty spacious and compared to some of the other hotels, are more quiet. There's a few amenities provided by the hotel, like workout room, computer room, and it's nice that it has really quick access to the Interstate so that one can explore the area

Staff were courteous and helpful. The building and amenities did leave a lot to be desired, however. There was a small pantry type area by the front desk for snacks and a few things like Tylenol. The only food options were really chips and candy though. There was a small selection of soda. When I tried to connect to included internet, the information book stated that instructions were in every room for doing this. There were no instructions in our room. I had to just kind of figure it out. Not too difficult, but a even slightly less tech savvy traveler may have trouble. Overall not a bad stay but my expectations were a lot higher for a Marriott managed property.

The pictures of the room we stayed in were deceptive. They used angles as tricks to make us think it was a bigger room and it wasn't. We also requested a rollaway bed as listed on their website, and they don't have either of those at their location. Room was clean and building felt safe.

The rooms are clean and comes with basic amenities. The hotel also offers hot breakfast in the morning. I didn't have any issue starting in this hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed twice, this was the halfway point of our trip. Once on the way to MN and once on the way home. The room was comfortable and clean. We liked the pillows so much we noted the tag info so we could order them when we came home. Breakfast was very good and the staff kept an eye on things to replenish promptly.

Nice hotel with all of the usual Marriott Fairfield amenities. The Sunday brunch was particularly well stocked and there were no issues despite a full house. Service was friendly. We stayed in a disability room and it was not too noisy. Would recommend any time.
