Hotel rooms has kitchen that part is very good but Hotel do not have good free Internet facility. For getting better speed internet you need to pay extra.

The room was nice. The bed was hard, I kept waking up because of that. There were crumbs still in a couple of the drawers. The continental breakfast is only granola bars, coffee and muffins but we were told that they were going to discontinue serving muffins. Also one of the desk chairs in the room was already broken when we got there, not comfortable to sit in. Otherwise the staff was nice and the room was an adequate size.

Housekeeping is not consistent but when they do get around to your room they do a great job. Some of the employees can come off unfriendly but overall it's a nice hotel. weird the police sit in the parking lot at night and run license plates probably the worst part is going out at night and being hasseled

Budget place for a decent bed and breakfast. Though breakfast was carry and go. Decent service. Place does not have a restaurant. Not much of a view. Functional no frills place.

This hotel has clean and cozy rooms. Unless requested maids no not bother you offering roomservice. ES is quiet with great free coffee and a very convenient laundry room on the first floor. I liked this place and would go again.

I was staying in the hotel in Burr Ridge for a period of a month in between the moves from one place to another. Overall staff was very friendly and helpful except one person who works on Sundays’ shift. Her behavior was totally unacceptable. Last week I came down and asked her for the fresh set of towels and she said it is too early to talk to her. It was 7:30 am. When she arrived with the towels I remained myself that I also need paper towels and garbage bags. She told me if I can make up my mind so she does not have to go back and forth. And today same woman and same behavior; It was 8 am and I asked her for fresh of towels. She told me again that it is too early. She did not understand my name so I gave her a room number. This was the point her problem started. She threw the basked at someone in the back room. The guy was kind and brought me towels and the toilet paper. I hope this woman will be removed from the staff. She really does not fit into this environment.
I am giving only three stars because of her behavior and cleanliness of the hallways and the elevator. She destroyed the great reputation of this hotel and hallways and elevator smell terribly and are dirty.

Located in an areae close to the highway with basic needs met. This is a long term stay place, so you have a fridge, stove and sink but will have to request pots/pans, dishes and utensils. The beds were very comfortable however it is a basic hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodatings as they let us check in early. Overall I would stay here again becuasebthe prices in Downtown Chicago were three times what i had paid. We bought a CTA pass and used the subway as there was a station close to the hotel.

I stayed here for one night, left a case of beer in the fridge, called before check-out to see if it was there. They said to wait until after the cleaning ladies came at 1. We called at 1pm: still havent cleaned "call back in an hour". This happened for 4 hours. Finally, the last time we called, they said that they had thrown it away. Instead of making a note, they simply waited until the maids decided whether or not to throw them away. In this case, I'm sure they probably stole it. I also called back about my missing phone, and since this happened to just a case of beer, I'm sure my phone was "thrown out" as well. You guys are either thieves or a lazy establishment. Both which deserve a one star review.

Quick and easy. Nothing special with free breakfast and wifi. When you only need a place to rest your head, stay here. Nothing much as far as food or things to do in the area.

Stayed for one night in room 309:

1) Dirty 1: Three stink bugs in room
2) Dirty 2: sticky carpeting
3) Frustrated: After checkout I my forgot toiletry kit in the room. Called four times to try to locate and recover items. Each time told to either call back or wait for call back. Finally was told that items disappeared. Clearly someone took them as they were left hanging behind the door.

Would not recommend anyone stay due to: cleanliness of rooms, front desk staff not being accountable to guests and inability to trust hotel with personal items.
