Wouldn’t book here again. Make it known that you want to be in a smoke free room because the whole hallway to the room and the room itself stink. Not sure if the front desk lady knew that we were booked to one because she told us that we couldn’t smoke in the room. Good thing I brought a candle if not it would’ve been worse. 👎🏽☹️

Everything was fine other than the fact when we stopped at the desk for an additional key.. The employee just programmed it and handed it over, no proof of anything needed, only a verbal request got us a key. Guessing we could we have tried this with any room and got a key to it

The hotel is decent and the staff is super friendly. It's basically what you would expect for the price, which is to say it's no Hilton, bit is a good place to crash. It's nice having a kitchen in the room, but the internet is terrible!

Good place to stay on budget. Free cold breakfast in morning. Room could have been more cleaner to detail but what else you get in $40 in a night

Positives. Large room with kitchenette, and located close to the expressway. Negetives. Very limited free breakfast. Some granola bars and do it yourself instant oatmeal. When I checked under the only beds mattress for bed bugs, I found none. But I did notice about a half a dozen bodily fluid stains on the flip side of the mattress. Yuk, gross and disgusting! Anyways, sweet dreams

I didn't dislike staying here, but it didn't seem very clean. The bedding was fine, but the walls and doors pretty much everywhere looked like they had never been cleaned. The bed squeaked and the breakfast consisted of coffee and granola bars. There was no ice machine. I probably won't stay here again. I think I could find a nicer place for the same price.

When I arrived at the extended stay I was expecting a smoking room with two beds. At the time of check-in I was changed to a non-smoking room. Minor inconvenience but I could've made it work. When I got up to my newly assigned room the place was a mess. Sheets were dirty, trash was everywhere, and the room had not even been cleaned at all. When I complained my room was moved again to two separate rooms so my family had to split up. Atleast the rooms were clean this time. This is my first experience with this establishment and honestly it will probably be my last. Shame.

One of the best long term stay hotels I have stayed. And trust me I have stayed at many for the last 7 years. The staff are friendly, polite and attentive. The hotel is clean! 2 thumbs up!!

I came from Chicago on business. I grabbed dinner and was extremely exhausted and reserved a room. When I get there no one is there at the concierge to confirm my reservation, I called from the lobby phone thinking that the customer service person was in the back she said give her 10 minutes. That 10 minutes turned into 20-25 minutes.
I think that if the property was busy, coverage should have been provided instead of having to wait almost 30 minutes to get something that I paid for.
Not to mention, there was no complementary breakfast available between the allotted times.
I have stayed at the Extended stay in Sacramento and in Milwaukee on business and the staff and the amenities were much better than this one. I'll never stay here again!

I've stayed in some low class places, but this one was definitely the worst. We've been on the road for over two weeks, and the apartment we were expecting here has been delayed in being ready. Anyway, we are very tired, and I was looking forward to a little place to rest with my husband and 3 yr old. The entryway was dark coming in, but the lady seemed friendly enough. She told us that the room we had booked online (King with a sofa bed) wasn't available, but she could get us one king. When we walked into the room we were hit with an almost solid stench of stale urine. The room had obviously not been cleaned. We tried to open the window to no avail. There were no tables in the room, so the lamps and phone were either on the floor or the bed.

After about 2 minutes of the smell, we went back to the front and asked politely to be switched to another room. She told us the next room she could get us would be a single queen. We would take anything over that stench. We went to our new room, which, at first smell, seemed ok. After we put away our "essentials" kitchen set (complete with no forks), I soon found the floor had obviously not been swept in a while, the carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time, and the kitchenette counter was covered in sticky spots and rings.

I turned to my daughter who had found a single thick black hair on the floor and held it up to me. I know that is something easily missed, so I just threw it away and went back to trying to make the room resemble something close to cleanliness. As I was wiping down the counter, my daughter ran over to me excitedly saying, "Mommy! I found more hair!" I turned to find her holding a huge glob of tangled hair in her tiny hand! I was more than a little disgusted.

After this incident, I decided to more thoroughly inspect the room. I found mold in the fridge, more hair and heaven knows what in the bath and shower curtain, and dirt and hair in the sheets of the bed.

Call me crazy, but even when I pay a low price for something, I expect it to be clean! We gave up our room at the Chicago Club down the street because we thought having a kitchenette would be better than a pool I'm seriously rethinking that decision. I would gladly pay more and give up a dirty kitchen for a pool, clean rooms, and a full continental breakfast.
