We had 2 suites for the family. The hotel has clean and comfy rooms. It is modern, homey and well designed. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The lobby has a small area for books that you can borrow. NICE!!

Also I saw other patrons with pets. So it seems that it is a pet friendly hotel.

The cleaning staff was unfriendly and stand offish when approached. And the "DO NOT DISTURB," sign? Don't bother they walked in on me changing unannounced and with it up.
Not the worst part however,
I would like to note the morning staff is AMAZING at front desk to start.
Our last day here the night staff member at the front desk checked a whole group of teenagers in ( I'm almost 99.9% sure they were UNDERAGE!)
5 guys ( or more) and 2 girls who looked very young. Maybe 13 to 15. Hogged the pool and work out room the remainder it was open and didn't allow anyone else in. They were jumping, throwing the females, and almost busted one of their heads playing, "chicken,". When me and my friend went to notify the front desk, it became very obvious that he knew them, probably how they got in. Bluntly said if they got hurt it was their own fault and practically waved us off and did nothing. Now trying to sleep the SAME teenagers are pounding outside the doors in the hall and messing around. ITS ALMOST 2AM.
Normally I wouldn't blame a place for another guest causing problems, but these kids SHOULD NOT EVEN HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CHECK IN, let alone be in the pool and work out room or running the halls without an adult.

I never write reviews let alone for a hotel. But I came in a litte early just hoping they let us go to the room. They were very accommodating right away. Hotel clean and the room was nicely decorated and smell good. I've been going to hotel lately and this is by far the best one room wise. Only first day so we will see if this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the area.

Very nice clean place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was a great way to start our morning! It is also very close to the Canon Areana where the Fraser Cup Hockey Tournament is held every year. We will be back in the future.

I booked 5 rooms for my great niece and nephew birthdays. The manager was awesome. The let us use the breakfast room for our party. Everyone at the inn was accommodating and friendly. The continental breakfast was very good not only did they have the normal ceral and donuts they had eggs sausage biscuit and gravy. I would recommend this inn to anyone.

Really nicely kept up, friendly staff, good breakfast to get your day started. It is about 30-45 min or so from downtown depending on traffic of course. It is the perfect distance out of Chicago to avoid the city prices but not r far that you can't go into the city for an evening of fun.

The hotel was nice, clean, safe and affordable and just far enough away from downtown. Our king size, Jacuzzi suite was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had a very good continental breakfast with any attendant. Ive often found that front desk person has to double duty to attend to the breakfast, and things get neglected. I appreciated that small touch.

Our ministry, (Dwelling Place House of Prayer) has our weekly Worship services here and the staff is always so welcoming! They greet us with a smile. It's very clean and always smells nice. They have good Gourmet coffee, fresh cookies and candy ;). I am unable to make it when they serve the continental breakfast but I hear they have a nice variety. Shout out to the GM, Nicole, Sandeep, all Front-End staff, Callisto (Maintenance Supervisor), and all the Housekeeping staff who make it possible for us to enjoy an environment where we don't cringe when we walk in or have to question the service of the business. Thank you all! We appreciate you!

Excellent new property. Convenient location with variety of fast food in walking distance, better dining options not too much farther. Enjoy a cookie at the speedy and friendly check-in. Upgrade to a Jacuzzi room for just a few dollars more. Ask for a free pass to the Lifetime Fitness gym nearby, or use the minimalist gym on site. Rooms have numerous outlets and USB charge ports built into the headboard. Climate control works well. Everything is still in very new condition. The lobby looks like it would be cozy in the winter. The breakfast isn't amazing, but what free breakfast at a two and a half star property is? Enjoy this place if you're in the area for work, or as a comfy place to rest in between destinations. Not convenient to Chicago, so don't stay here if you're looking to spend most of your time in the city.

Walking through the front doors the hotel was clean everywhere we walked. Breakfast was great, not just milk, cereal, & yogurt but a hot breakfast. Rooms had a lot a space for 2 queen size beds. I loved it and will stay again

We stayed at this hotel for our wedding which was about a 15 minute drive away. In total we had 16 rooms booked, so our room was free--a nice perk! We were going to use their shuttle ( basically a full size van) to help transfer some of the bridal party early for pictures, but at a cost of $200, it was actually cheaper to extend the time on the shuttle we rented for guests to get back and forth to the reception. The suite we had was very nice, had plenty of room, and was extremely clean. The bed was comfy, and the fridge was just big enough, so overall, we were really pleased with our room. The biggest issue we had was the elevator. Every time we took it to our room on the 3rd floor, it jerked to a stop, bouncing heavily up and down to the point that it felt as if we may have been a quarter step away from a 3 story freefall. It was uncomfortably disconcerting to the point that some of our guests refused to ride it after their first fear-filled trip. It was also quite loud late into the night as there were two other raucous wedding parties there the same night. Overall, however, the great front desk service, proximity to our venue (believe it or not, at five and a half miles away this was the closest hotel to our venue), and generally nice accommodations, we were happy with our stay. If they can just fix that elevator, we would probably consider staying here again.

went for breakfast at 8am, wife forgot something in the room and ran back up only to find a maid exiting our room. when I confronted the front desk about why a maid was in our room when we had left it not 10 minutes before the lady asked "did you have your do not disturb sign up" check out is at noon and 8 o'clock they have maids entering rooms!? what if I was sleeping? what if I was coming out of the shower and didn't hear anyone knock? I ended up leaving before my wife and the front desk lady apologized profusely, telling me how sorry she was for the issue. I told her not to worry about it and left, when my wife left she said the same, except she added "don't worry, my husband is grumpy too." I was upset with someone entering my room, I was stern, but never nasty. I asked for nothing for the intrusion. the front desk lady decided to bad mouth me to my wife, who was appalled. I will never stay at a hotel run. by this company again. terrible customer service, room was fine.
