I stayed here the night before my wedding and it was lovely! They had free wireless printing! They were super nice and accommodating! The room was beautiful! I very much enjoyed my time there.

Great room for my wife's needs. The staff was very friendly at the bar. The atmosphere was great at happy hour. One thing to note: the square plates are above the food at breakfast. Easy to miss, and I was one of many that missed them !

Location was fantastic just wish there were dining options in close proximity. Room was fantastic. Loved everything about it. Staff was friendly and very attentive.

The staff seems friendly. But let me start off by saying they over change you for you room. They made me wait 40 minutes to get a room because they couldn't find my reservation then they told me they would price match but once I checked my bank account they changed me $100 a night. Now if the place was nice and clean and worth the $100 I wouldn't mind but the place is disgusting the back doors lock you out consistently forcing you to walk around the building, the rooms have the worst layout (good luck trying to get out of the toilet once your in). Overall this place need alot of work and I he staff needs to stick to their word when they tell you the so called "final price"

Took the kids for a birthday swim. Situated in the far west suburbs of Chicago and located close to I-88 this hotel was very easy to get to. Room was clean and spacious though the bathroom was a little tight. The in-hotel bar fixes a mean drink.

Clean comfortable rooms with good amenities, including a free shuttle that brought us to and from our event on schedule. I highly recommend utilizing the online check in procedure to avoid any unnecessary time spent at the front desk upon arrival. The breakfast was good, and we'll stocked. I will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Great place to stay if you have a larger family because they have rooms with 2 beds and a fold out couch. The room and hotel overall was very clean. Breakfast was good and there a variety of options. The area around this hotel is mostly office buildings, which makes it a quiet area to stay on the weekend. Conveniently located near the interstate and Naperville this is one of our preferred hotels when staying in the area.

This hotel is a standard Hyatt Place in Naperville area, with the usual amenities like food to go, business center, fitness center and a pool (although the pool was closed for renovation, guests could go next door to Hyatt House for their pool). Check in was simple and the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. A cool thing about this location is that they offer 500 points for every night you decline daily housekeeping. The rooms are in great shape and everything was in working order. I'd stay again, especially given their cheap rates.

Excellent Location for a visit.
We stayed here 3 days for art shows and felt totally relaxed & welcome.
The rooms are like ( small) studio apartments. Kitchen, living space, separate sleeping area and a nice size bathroom with a big shower.
Great bonuses too - outdoor grilling patio area, free shuttle, complimentary breakfast and evening snacks with refreshments.
A perfect stay outside the big city . It is in a quiet ,safe area & easy to drive into downtown Chicago. Wonderful staff at all levelsit appears to function very well with high standards. I would definitely return.response / report this review
