My husband was working in Augusta for a week and I went with him. The hotel was very nice. The staff goes up and beyond to help you in any way.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. They come with dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, plenty of towels. My husband and I will definitely be staying more often. Love this placeresponse / report this review -

I would give this hotel 5 stars but the rooms need a refresh/update. Other than that, this hotel is top notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. David and Emmitt prepare the food each day. Free Breakfast and free evening meals Mon - Thurs. Those two are awesome. Always looking out for the guests and ensuring a pleasant meal. The rooms are dated and we're not cleaned to our standard when we first arrived. However, after leaving a nite for the maid service in the room, they did clean it much better. All in all, this is a nice hotel that the staff makes even nicer due to their level of kindness and professionalism.

Nice Breakfast, dinner with free beer and wine. Comfortable room with fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, two burner stove. Queen bed with the best pillows. Ample room for four.response / report this review -

Rooms are big, breakfast is good and I will like to give a five star because of the great service we received from David at the breakfast restaurant. I always give great reviews when someone goes above expectations, it sure makes you feel welcome. Thank you!

Overall, a lovely experience. Staff was very friendly, and the room was big and comfortable. The only complaint I could find is that about 2 or 3 times during my month long stay, the housekeeping would put up dishes that were still dirty from the dishwasher. I don't mind doing my own dishes, so instead of putting away dishes that still have food on them, I'd prefer to do them myself. That's it (rare enough that I don't feel justified complaining about it). Everything else was quite nice, to include the social hours and the mini gym, and I would happily recommend others to come here.

If you are handicapped be prepared to walk from the back parking lot, on several occasions I have found it necessary to do this because the hotel parks their company vehicle in the handicap spots. I've complained about this to the staff and the owner of the hotel and tho they apologize it continues to happen.
We were there for three weeks and during the first week I was told of a noise complaint from our two small dogs. On Saturday of our third week I was called and told there was a complaint about my dogs making noise. MY DOGS WERE NOT IN THE ROOM BUT IN ANOTHER STATE WITH ME AT THE TIME. I informed the hotel of this and the following day we were asked to leave because of the numerous complaints about our dogs over the time we were there.
The refrigerator in our room continually leaked water the whole time we were there.
The staff in the kitchen were polite, the rest of the staff were rude and uncaring. The owner of this particular hotel was nice to your face but unconcerned about your complaints.response / report this review -

Right next door to all kinds of restraunts this is a nice hotel with some great amenities. Full breakfast, nice rooms, workout and business centers. They even serve alcohol Monday thru Wednesday with dinner and social hour. I stayed in the king suite and it was amazing. Full size fridge, dishwasher, pots and pans, stove and super comfy bed. Will definitely stay here again.

It took way too long for the shower to get hot. Like, it didn't. But bed slept great. Clean and sizeable rooms. Great location.

The rooms and extras are pretty good for a single bed. The housekeeping has lots of people so they're through. I do wish the wifi was a bit more stable as I would randomly get hiccups while gaming.

The free hot breakfast needs improvement and the TV channel selection could be better. Other than that it's a nice place to stay with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Everything was great honestly. The breakfast was awesome, service was quick and courteous My only complaint was that they were painting, smelling up the halls. I'll use them again for sure
