The room was nice. the elevators looked run down. Their were some guys walking around the parking lot during the night. The farthest part of the parking lot had a light out and it looked like homeless people may live in the wooded area there.

After staying at a couple of locally owned hotels, we decided to try this one after snagging a good rate online ($45/night non-smoking king). It was nice to be in a place with a more modern decor, full hot continental breakfast, indoor room entry and fitness center.

Another reviewer mentioned that the hotel isn't secure- and it isn't! We were at the end room and the doors leading from the pool to inside the hotel never closed all the way overnight. Twice, housekeeping walked in on my husband while he was in the restroom without knocking first. Between our room being located by the elevator, back entrance and our neighbors, it was a noisy stay. And, though I like my eggs thick and chunky, these eggs literally were green, just big blocks, and tasteless. The drinks are awkwardly right under and nearby the tv. I don't know what was up with the computer, as it seemed like the monitor didn't work.

The bed was comfy, sheets, comforter, and towels clean; cute, effective toiletries, the room well maintained and in good repair, and the vending machines take debit/credit cards. On the last day of our stay, a really nice housecleaner let us come back into the room to check for something we thought we left behind. There were about 3 front desk personnel during our stay that ranged from very accommodating to polite, but not pleasant.

I am part of a group whom stayed this past weekend for a rowing regatta in Augusta. We had an excellent weekend. I enjoyed the hotel and even had a nice gift bag in my room upon arrival. Elizabeth left the bags, she also booked the rooms for the entire group.

Definitely not a good representation of the Wyndham brand. There were black smudges on the walls in my room. A tattered desk chair. Dust everywhere. The water in the bathtub wouldn’t drain after showering. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would be in in 10 mins and would be sent up directly. After an hour of no one showing up I called back and the lady at the front desk said no one from maintenance had come in and there was nothing she could do about it. She acted as if I was somehow bothering her. The same impression I got from her upon checking in. Seemingly, friendly customer service is not something she’s well versed in. And after all this, 2 drinks went missing from the fridge in my room. The person cleaning my room said she didn’t do it and that was it. The manager didn’t ask any further questions or offer any apologies. I’m not hard pressed over something as simple as a 12 oz drink but the fact that someone walked into my room and took something, no matter how big or small, doesn’t sit well with me.

Pretty nice hotel, elevators are a bit worn out, parking can be difficult when it’s full but no big complaints. Hallways had an odd smell but not in room. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom is very nice, lovely tub. Close to tons of shopping and dining, Augusta Exchange, Augusta Mall, Walmart, Target, Bi-Lo, chili’s, Ocharleys, Cheddars, Starbucks.

My fiance, 18 month old son, and myself stayed for 6 nights. First room was nice, minus the busted sink. Told front desk, said "okay". Two days later we get locked out our room because of said sink. We had to be moved, cool. Second room was nice, minus KY jelly my son found. We were on the 5TH floor, and for some reason, every night we had to get our room key reprogrammed. Staff was friendly, but customer service sucked.

Easy to find location; visible from Interstate 20. The room was clean; white bed sheets and bath towels. The pool was clean. The fitness room had a universal machine, two free standing adjustable benches, and a treadmill; there was a dumbbell rack but no dumbbells. The free breakfast is okay; waffles (make your own), eggs, bagels, toast, cold cereal, milk, and apple juice.

Stayed here on my trip to watch the eclipse. Location next to the highway made getting back on the road in the morning easy. And several food options close by. Room was nice and very clean. The fridge in the room was nice. The ac worked great and the beds comfy. The rate to stay was about the same as the super 8 near here but this place is much nicer. The down sides they ran out of some of the breakfast items by 8:30 which is open til 9am. And 1 of the 2 elevators was broken. But for the price the rooms were great.

Will never stay here again. Not a safe hotel. The lady at the desk assigned us a room already occupied. We opened the door and someone was in the room already, so we tried the key card in the room next to it and it opened that door too. None of the exterior doors have card readers, they are just opened. If it wasn't so late at night when we arrived we would've stayed somewhere else. We ended up changing rooms 3 times. The 2nd room the TV didn't work and the 3rd room had long stands of hair on the bed.. we finally just prayed over the bed and laid down. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Again, will never get my business again.

Very comfortable bed (almost over slept) I enjoyed the room and could easily recommend this motel. My only problem was with the breakfast

they had a galon of milk sitting on a tray of water that curled up totally disgusting. Please watch what you eat and drink from here!!! One last thing don't put on your breakfast sign that there is biscuits and gravy if you are out of gravy because then I'm the person looking everywhere for something that is not there.

Stay for the room not the breakfast

First off, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

When I first arrived I went up to my room (on the 5th floor) there was a bunch of trash sitting outside my room door, and neither of my keys worked. So I tried to take the elevator back down to the reception, but the elevator was broken, so I had to walk down all 5 flights of stairs (while carrying my luggage).

When I finally got into my room it was fairly dirty and had a bit of a smell to it. There were some cheap pictures on the wall (like the ones you'd buy from Ikea in bulk) and one of them the glass in the picture frame was shattered to pieces (yet they left it hanging up for some reason).

Additionally the Air Conditioner didn't work, and it was about 90 degrees in my room. The window was bolted shut so I couldn't even get air into the room. It was fairly cold outside (50s) so I considered just going and sleeping outside in the car (it was way too hot to sleep in), but the neighborhood is pretty bad, so I reconsidered.

I described this to my wife as "Like a motel-6 but crappier". 1 star is apparently as low as Google lets me go, but it really deserves 0 stars.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and fresh, the front desk assistants were pleasant, helpful, and courteous. When I'm in Augusta this is the hotel I will always come to. Thanks for a great experience!

First night was ok, did have issue with no light bulbs in lamps and tv not working. By the next night I had to be moved as their were bed bugs and they bit my arms. Without those issues it was a decent place and relatively clean

Extremely accommodating. The employees here definitely do above and beyond anything that they are required to do in order to make sure that their customers are happy. I am extremely impressed and very happy with every stay that I have with them.
