Everything was neat and clean. Employees were very kind and helpful. Manager was very nice. I was worried after reading some not so nice reviews, but I stayed 5 days in Sept 2017, with no complaints. I would definitely stay again.

I was very impressed with the new management, when I checked out they actually wanted to know about my stay and asked if there where any improvements. I travel a lot and typically stay at Wyndham hotels here lately I have been disappointed of the condition of the hotels hotels. However for a 2 star hotel you get more than your money's worth customer service cleanliness comfort that is very affordable $. SA

Great hospitality and staff who were very helpful. No pets,no smoking allowed in the property, and its close to Fort Gordon. I will definitely go back since the deals for that quality were great!

I read the reviews after booking my room and was a little worried, but it turned out pretty good. Was it the cleanest? No. But there weren't bed bugs, the mattress I had looked brand new. Same with the sheets and blankets. AC worked good. Towels were horrible, bring your own if you want a good towel. The pillows were squares, for of them on a king bed. Might want to bring your own pillow too! There coffee pot was stained with old coffee, the room didn't look vacuumed, and the walls were pretty dirty. The worst feature? The walls are very thin. I could hear the room next to me, almost word for word. That was annoying. The jetted bathtub was amazing! And clean. Overall it was great for a cheap room for the night, which is all I was looking for. I'd stay there again!

Most terrible hotel that I've ever been to and all of my life. It's the one that was in Florence South Carolina and I have never in my life seen one so bad. Trust me when I say, just don't go there.

The guy at the front desk when I arrive wasn't very friendly. And upon my arrival I asked for early check in and he said he only had one room ready on the first floor. I asked him was it non smoking and he said yes but when I got to the room with my newborn low and behold it smelled like a smoke shack! The breakfast could be WAY better and thought out as well it was like I was scavenging for food.

If I could give this place no stars I would!! They are infested with BED BUGS !! I was only there an hour and noticed one crawling on the covers and then took off my jacket and there was one inside of it. When going to the front desk I told the guy and he said he never seen any before but after getting a refund, he gave me some bed bug spray to spray on my jacket , go figure. Also the showers were dirty, it smelled like smoke and there are prostitutes hanging on the outside and I'm sure inside the hotels as well , but I was not there long enough.. if you want bed bugs to eat you up in your sleep and follow you home this is the place for you!
