Didn't stay there, however we used the conference room for a special event. Appreciated the complimentary amenities when though I wasn't a guest.

Whenever I travel to Augusta I stay here. Really never had a problem with the place. It is in a nice central location to a lot of restaurants, the outside padio is great to relax at night, and the free non-alcoholic drinks they always have ready are very tasty. This last trip I did have an issue with the wifi not working but other than that I was happy with the stay. Maybe a tad pricey but it is competitive with the other hotels.

It seemed as the staff member from the front desk was on a date with his girlfriend having dinner when we walked in. He seemed to hurry us along eith our check in just to get back to his date. When i would ask him a questipn he just rolled his eyes. There were no carts for our bags. The beds were horrible and the furniture is old and mismatched. We will not be back to this hotel.

We stayed here for our weekend in Augusta, as it was reasonably priced and the Hilton Garden Inns we've stayed at in the past have been overall good experiences. It's a pretty good location, not too far off of the highway and not far from restaurants and other stores.
The room was decently sized and the living area was clean. I was a little leery of the bathroom, as it had the overpowering smell of bleach and I'm not sure if it was some mild mildew/gunk in the areas between the tiles. It wasn't horribly dirty or anything like that, seeing those things just kind of raised my eyebrows a bit. Other than the bathroom concerns, the room was nice. Comfy bed, mini fridge in the room as well. Other comparable hotels in the area, might check those out if I'm back in the area again but wouldn't be opposed to stay here again.response / report this review -

Another GLORIOUS stay!!! Stopped in town for my Son's wedding. Didn't want to risk a bad hotel experience. Hilton Garden Inn didn't let us down! Clean, spacious room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, professional room service! Another GLORIOUS stay!!!

Location is within a couple minutes of restaurants and shopping. Really nice staff. Rooms are nice and the furnishings are clean and updated.

Rooms are clean and the beds are nice. Staff was accomodating when I was working night shifts and needed to sleep during the regular maid service. No free breakfast, but the food is not bad.

Friendly staff, clean room,nice furnishings and quite. No steak and potato waiting on desktop, no 50 pound basket of fruit and they forgot to wake me up at five in morning to let me know it was five, not that I had to get up. Other than that it was perfect!
