Nice location. Rooms are not updated compared to other Fairfield inns I've stayed at. You also have to sign a lengthy document at check in. Problem with parties? Might be a little lively during the weekend?

My aunt flew from Boston and stayed here for 8 days. I have to stay that the Customer Service is perfect and so isn't the hotel. Great job, Marriott!!

Rooms a little bit smaller than other comparable hotels. Found a women's halter top in a drawer, a half eaten bag of popcorn in another drawer and something unidentifiable in the freezer compartment of the fridge from previous guests. Got two bottles of conditioner instead of one shampoo and one conditioner. TV reception was horrible and every channel would pixelate every few minutes. Supposedly had HBO but it said, "no service." Didn't have a "do not disturb" card and had to ask the front desk for one, but they couldn't find one. Free WiFi with an Internet cable at the desk, but that cable did not work. Maybe these problems were just in room 213 and your room would be just fine, but I wouldn't count on it. Thank goodness I didn't have to spend too much time at the hotel, otherwise I would have left and gone elsewhere. This place needs alot more detail in its housekeeping service. Did have a fairly good breakfast, but juice machine was, "out of order."

It's a decent enough hotel that gets the job done. Small exercise room and pool is available. Hot breakfast in the morning is a plus that helps cut travel costs. Not a bad place to stay

The hotel is good and all but to get breakfast you have to get 8 to 9:00 and the pool is freezing other than that it was good

Atmosphere was great. The only staff I remembered their name was, the housekeeping lady named Mrs. Mary. This lady was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Overall nice hotel. Would return visit.

If you're going to be stationed at Fort Gordon, if you need a hotel close to the airport, or just visiting, this is a good choice. The rooms were very clean and clean smelling, check-in/out was simple and friendly and they have a decent free breakfast. Free breakfast is always a plus, I just wish someone could do eggs right. I would have liked a better tv selection and a little bigger fridge, especially for a week stay but wherever. Places to eat are a bit of a drive, however the selection was not bad. Check it out when your in town.

The hotel is very nice. I haven't used the indoor pool yet but I will before my stay is done. The rooms are clean and well furnished.

Very nice hotel. Heated pool, while not really very warm, was in a climate controlled room that made swimming comfortable. Whirlpool was very warm; located outside. Rooms were nice and front desk staff was nice. Only thing that happened that was unpleasant was someone knocked on our door and woke us up even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door (it wasn't housekeeping, and we have no idea what he needed).

In relation to other Fairfield Inns that I have stayed at, this one is second from the top of the list. I have been a consultant for 12 years and have traveled all over the U.S., so I do have first hand experience in making this claim.

The hotel is nicely appointed and is located near an interstate highway. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The hotel has an indoor pool and a work out room. The breakfast options are second to the best I've seen here in the U.S. I highly recommend this hotel!
