Walls we're thin. But plesent staff and clean room. Room was above average for the price. Breakfast was eh.. but they do have a waffle maker.

Very clean, very friendly, comfortable bed, small flatscreen NO COFFEE at breakfast!?!? That’s absurd! It was $80 for one night in a single king size.

Greeted by a nice woman who allowed for an easy check in. Room was okay upon first glance. Once settled in, the sheets had visible make up from the last guest and the side chair was stained. The air conditioner cover fell off once opened and the carpet had a unwashed feel (shoes were kept on). The bathroom was relatively clean although I wanted to keep my shoes on in the shower and the hallways/walls were noisey and paper thin. The elevator was located in a strange place which created awkward meetings with other guests and the morning staff attendant was unprofessional in dress and demeanor (regular clothes, no uniform and walked around with persona headset on). Although the parking was nice and we did not eat breakfast, our stay served its purpose and we won't be coming back .

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The beds where comfortable. Enjoyed sitting out by the pool. Nothing negative about our stay.

The initial checking was pleasant and he staff is nice, that's the only reason for a 2 star review. The elevator floor is in disrepair, and the hallway carpets upstairs are stained. The room is average and it was clean enough. Half of the TV channels are in Spanish, and it's baffling considering the area. The window does not have a curtain that I can close, so anyone wanting to look in the window is able to. There is mold on the shower tile, and even though I notified the front staff in the morning they didn't bother to take care of it during the day. The treadmill and the elliptical in the fitness center are both broken. I won't be staying here again.

We stayed there Sunday, 11/20/16 and it wasn't crowded at all. But the reason we are giving Nesha Holland (assistant GM) and the hotel a high rating is because of the great, relatively new mattresses (hotel is about 5 years old), the shower head and water pressure were great, and the towels were thicker and softer, compared to most other hotels. We stay at a lot of USA hotels in our retirement! Nesha allowed us a later checkout time than the front desk clerk was able to do, and this allowed us to pick up our car that was being repaired at an Augusta dealer. That avoided us having to pay for an extra night.

We stayed 8/12, 8/13, Friday and Saturday nights. The room was nice, the beds were fine. Saturday morning there were no eggs or sausage left at 7:30 a.m. and no attendant in sight. I rang the bell at the desk and told the young lady. She went to the kitchen, but 15 min later, still no eggs, we left and ate breakfast at McDonalds. Sunday morning, an out of order sign was on the waffle maker, and only 1 or 2 omelets left at 7:30. Other people were looking and finding no hot food also. As I was packing up, a roach was on the bottom of my travel bag.

Clean room and bathroom. Room was equipped with microwave and mini fridge as well as HBO and WiFi. Plenty of towels in the the bathroom. Only gripe was there were a few black ants and I couldn't figure out were they were coming from. Breakfast was decent too. Overall I had a decent stay and would stay again.
