Got here an jt wasn't what I expected. Went right back downstairs and to my pleasant surprise Ms. Cassandra handled me very well. Those stars are for customer service. Very good. Enjoying my peaceful stay.
Breakfast is either waffle or cereal.
Orange or apple juice.
Rooms are very well maintained on the lower floors ONLY! 3rd floor is smoking floor, less attention.

My room was very small,; supposed to be handicapped accessible, but as near as I can tell, it is only wheelchair accessible with wide doors. I don't know how a person in a wheelchair would use the toilet or bathe. Bathroom has chipped paint and some mold. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable.

If I read the reviews before coming here, I wouldn’t have came, but it’s always good to try things yourself. My family is transitioning which caused us to stay here. I have NOT seen one bed bug nor have I experienced any bad customer service. Our towels and linen are always fresh and clean The staff and housekeeping have made it so comfortable for my family & I. We sleep good every night and whatever we needed it was supplied to us. Keep up the good work Stay Expess Team We’re enjoying our home away from home!!

This is a nice quiet place to bring the family for a night or a weekend. However they could use a few upgrades as far as replacing fictures , counter tops. Bedding ( covers-we had ONLY sheets to cover up with). Replace pillows (very lumpy) although the beds were very comfortable. ☆☆☆

so gross. giant cockroach in the room. asked for another room and the new one had mold AND cockroaches. Asked for a refund and couldnt get one because of a "10 minute in the room" policy. worst place.

This place deserves ZERO stars. Moved rooms and there were cockroaches in both rooms. Mold in the bathroom. Unwashed sheets and towels. Smelled of cigarettes and spoiled milk. TV had a huge crack in it. ‘Free WiFi’ didn’t work. Do not stay here. Ended up having to buy a room at a different hotel across the street. We were made to wait until 7 AM the next day for a refund. GROSS and ridiculous.

Good for say a contractor doing some work in the area looking for a decent rate.. as far as family vacation .. no! The rooms are a little on the drug and one night stand side! Not bad though. Just not what the pictures madd it out to be

The most Horrible hotel I have ever witness by far. On July 27,2017 we come upon this hotel on the outside it looks pleasant.As we made a purchase for a double bed room on the third floor Room #317 as we get off the elevator we was hit by the potent smell of marijuana and loud music coming from couple rooms basically a party as we continue down this dirty unkempt hallway young girls was walking the hall in just their boy shorts underwear and t-shirts going in and out the room that was fill with young men playing the music.We get to our room finally and OMG what a major disappointment accordingly to our judgement base on the outside. This room literally look like a crackhead dream home! First thing You notice as soon as you open the door is the Heat coming from the room that was at least 90•F and we immediately went to the thermostat to put on the air conditioner just to find out 15mins later it did not work.This room condition was in poor condition to say the least especially for $70.00 a night! On top of that we was scared for our safety,the Freak Party that was going on turned into a screaming from one of the females and a guy voice yelling at one of them demanding to be pleasure. We pack our things and went to get a refund from night clerk just to be turn down and offer another room that was just as hot and super smaller than the first one. We decided not to stay and was told we will have to talk to the manager a 7am the next morning.We returned the following morning as suggested by the night clerk.Well this Indian manager refused to accommodate the refund saying we stayed in the room longer than 5 min which is impossible to estimate,he was rude and obnoxious by far and refused Any type of accommodation for a room we never use so basically we got robbed,disrespecting in the worst way ever. This hotel is CRIMINAL PLAYGROUND! OUTDATED, UNKEMPT, UNHYGIENIC,UNSAFE Environment! It needs to be reporting to the BBB Asap! I DONT CARE IF ITS THE LAST HOTEL ON THE PLANET I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HELL HOLE TO MY WORST ENEMY!

I was there and noticed I had bites on my back, but I paid it no mind. Went to work and came back the next night because I had paid for a week. The next morning I wake up to bite marks all over my body. When I got off work that evening I contacted the manager and he told me all he could do was move me to another room. I asked for a refund but he refused. The next morning I spoke with another manager and he said all he could do is give me a discount.in the meantime I just left and my body is still affected by the bite marks. I contacted the health department and trying to get my refund.overall I would not suggest getting a room there

When I spoke with management on phone they came across as reasonable and nice. Friends didn't enjoy the experience . For price I say yes a reasonable place. But you do get what you pay for

One of the managers Jay was very helpful. My first day there I noticed a smell but I decided to overlook it. I woke up to next day to a million and one bed bug bites. I was bitten on my neck, face, arms, back , stomach, and legs. And I was bitten so bad around my ankles that both were swollen. On Friday I spoke with jay and he moved my room. I appreciated that so I decided to stay. Later on Friday night I notice that my ankles had gotten bigger. I also notice 2 more bites so I went to front desk. The gentleman at the time told me they would not refund me any money but if I came back he could offer me a discount. I walked away and looked online for a corporate number. There wasn't one so I went back to front desk and there was a young lady there. Her name was Tiffany and she was EXTREMELY RUDE. At one point I had to interrupt her so that I could record out conversation to take to her manager. I was just confused as to why she was so angry and I was the one eaten alive ! Well anyway my money was not refunded. I told them I would just leave and just wanted to be refunded for the nights I didn't stay. They still didn't want to give me the money back. So I ended up staying but have since contacted my bank and have a claim going

Someone pretended to clean this room after the previous guests left. The beds were made but the bedclothes hadn't been changed. Hairs, body grease, and dirt were umder the covers. There was a spill on the edge of the bed that apparently the maid didn't notice. And even though the loofah & used soap from previous occupants were still in the bathroom. The WORST part is hotel was oversold and I couldn't change rooms, so the front desk offered us clean sheets. My husband & I had to strip and make our beds. WOW!!!!

I was on the fence about staying here due to the recent reviews BUT I was paying last minute on a budget so I went with it & I'm impressed. I had 216 and it was clean and very cozy. My only "complaint" is that the TV is small and I wish check out was later or that was an option (lol). The lobby was clean and quiet, the room was clean and the staff was helpful and polite. Its no 5 star but I'd recommend it and stay again.
