Check in was a hassle.. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast was so so to say it nicely. They have a toaster for use but it doesn't work!!! They also have nice place at front counter for cookies !! 4 days I was there I didn't see them put out a single Cookie!! So hopefully we won't be going back there..

Have not actually stayed at the business. My opion is a ideal location. Looks professional. Although Vega front clerk, could be more impressional. Did ask a few questions. Not cheerful.

Room key didn't work when we first got it. They had to give us another one. There were some obvious things that needed replacing like a torn shower curtain.

Good hotel. Allows dogs with a one time $50 fee. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel itself quiet, clean. Breakfast was good and changed daily with coffee available all day.

I relocated back to Georgia and needed a cost effective place to stay, for me and my children. Very nice clean room, friendly staff, close to everywhere you want to be, quiet, peaceful and I felt safe. They also have a small pool which my children enjoyed. The next morning as we were leaving, cleaning staff called out to me, I had left my back scratcher in the room, which he handed to me. Its the little personal touches that makes the difference.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel needs maintenance badly. Outdated and marred furniture, too much calking around tubs and it is dirty. Dining area is stark and uninviting.

Baruk at the front desk was very helpful. When our room keys wouldn't work our second night he not only gave us new keys but walked us up to the room to make sure they would function properly. What a nice young man!

Location was very convenient. Beds were ok. The carpet had not been cleaned in some time however they did send someone to clean it the next afternoon. Some spots still remained. There were finger print smudges of something on the walls from the bathroom to the living room. I showed the person that cleaned the carpets but nothing further was done. I cleaned the worst sports with Lysol/gloves. Had to return towels upon arrival even the floor mat ad been through the washer but wasn't clean. Front desk staff wasn't friendlyjust doing a job. Customer Service not high on the list of requirements for them. Breakfast was edible. The pool is not heated and the spa was "heated". Country Inn and Suites is an older hotel in need of updates to furniture and facility in general.

The overall hotel was nice and quiet. The location is convenient to great restaurants and shopping. BUT the carpet had a huge moist area on it. We had to cover it with towels. The cabinet that held the microwave and refrigerator was broken, bedroom doorknob was broken AND the legs on the only table in a 2 room suite were hanging on by a thread! We couldn't move the table a little bit so the kids could eat because the legs almost came off.
The staff was VERY NICE, FRIENDLY, & helpful!

This was the only hotel with availability and everyone was nice and courteous. King suite has a hot tub which was awesome.

I recently had a stay at this Hotel and I recommend no one ever to go there. It is so many other hotels right in the area that have friendlier staff the other hotels are also modern clean and have better rates. When I was there I checked in at night so when I got in I was absolutely exhausted I didn't even check the restroom until I woke up around 3 or 4 in the morning and when I did there was specks of tiny blood on the floor. I checked out really early around 7 let the front desk know he was of no help. He acted like it was my fault I called corporate to make them aware. They advised me the General Manager will contact me within 48 hours I have yet to hear from them!
