Not a bad place to stay. The staff here is amazing and the location to the airport is perfect with tons of shuttles. The rooms are mostly nice, and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. The beds are not all that great. Rest of the rooms are very nice though.
I stayed at this hotel in October 2017. The lobby and restaurant look newly renovated, however the rooms need some updating, and the hallways were always freezing. I definitely would not stay at this hotel.
Best thing about this hotel is the restaurant and the staff I interacted with. The lobby is ok, but the room drags the score down. Bed was small hard and springy. TV was old flat panel with a very dark picture, channel selection was not great. Shower was weak.
I would stay here again because the staff was great and the restaurant had some of the best burgers I've ever had.
The room was clean, and the hotel was pleasant. The staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is courteous. However, this is not like most Holiday Inns. They over charge for everything. Eight dollar a night parking. No free breakfast. There is a burger bar in lobby that is overpriced.
The hotel was beautiful. Great services, great workers, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in and I loved the restaurant that is attached, even though it is a little pricey. I would love to stay there again
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I (and an older couple that happened to be traveling to the same location as I was we had banded together for moral support after a series of unfortunate events) was put up in this hotel by Delta airlines for a delayed flight that cause a missed connection. The actual hotel is clean and the food from the burger place was nice; I have no complaint there.
What I am appalled with is the hotel staff and the way that they handle situations. The morning of check-out, the elderly man that was flying to the same location as I was had an accident in the lobby. It was embarrassing for him (and to top it off we still had a plane to catch and he had no extra clothes to change in to). The staff was overheard telling another patron that someone "decided to be rude" in the lobby. Housekeeping was not called. At that point, I requested a mop and proceeded to mop the floor MYSELF (all the while the employee at the front desk saying "you don't have to do that", but never producing anyone that could clean the floor). I am a registered nurse, so I am used to things like this happening; however, this situation was handled with no tact whatsoever. There was no concern for the man who could be very sick and no concern for the other patrons who were walking through the lobby.
The employees were actually talking (not even whispering) to each other about it in front of this poor man who honestly had an accident.
Please teach your staff how to handle stressful situations with tact and common decency for other human beings.
***UPDATE*** Marcus with management got back with me and assured me that education on handling difficult situations with tact would be done. He was very understanding and helpful. Thank you Marcus for your time.
I had the misfortune of missing a connecting flight out of Atlanta. Good news was Delta set me up with a room in this hotel. I travel a great deal for work and I must say the staff at this hotel were the friendliest most accommodating people I have ever encountered! Everyone from the shuttle driver to housekeeper was just amazing! It made a long exhausting day end on a high note! Thanks for your superb service and all the love!
Location is right next to airport which makes it convenient should you have business in the area. Hotel staff is very friendly. Food in pretty good as well. I'm here for a work event and they provide breakfast and lunch which is pretty good for hotel food. Rooms are clean. Overall I'd recommend a stay here.
Great location for a meeting. The hotel was very clean and the receptionist was very nice. The hotel was very quiet. They gave us lunch and it was very good simple and healthy. I have no complaints
Avoid this place at all costs. Holiday Inn apparently needs to power wash the place from 1AM - 2:30AM!!! How ridiculous!! Do they not care about the guests who need to sleep during the middle of the night? Front desk did not care and just moved me rooms. Guess what - I've got a flight at 5:45 am that I was hoping for 6 hours of shuteye. Ended up getting 3. Never again will I stay at a Holiday Inn. What an inconsiderate corporation.
The people were Great. I arrived late and was checked in by Clinton. He was dealing with a crowd of delayed passengers and handled them all of a positive professional attitude. The room was spacious and comfy. Had some issues with wifi in the room, intermittently. I was here for an event. The conference room was clean and we'll maintained. All staff were professional and attentive. Throughout my stay, everyone had a smile. THANKS!
Our company rented Express Room 2. Everything was set up for us: Extension cords for the projector and laptop, paper and pens and mints on the tables, water, even order forms for our lunch. Burger Theory was excellent, though The Boss was too much for me to eat, even though I enjoy Angus and bacon. Service was prompt. As soon as we finished our training our meals were up and ready. All and all a very good experience. We would do this again if we needed another regional training.
Delta booked me here after my flight was cancelled. I was very happy with the accommodations. I was hoping for a free breakfast. The on site restaurant priced a little on the high side, but good. The gym was decently stocked. Room and common areas were very clean. Staff was very friendly even though it was late and lots of people were checking in.
