Wish I could give negative 5 stars.
Nasty place. Dried puke on bed ruffle, an ice machine that could not possibly pass a health inspection. Broken safety latch on the door. The metal lamps on the night stands are rusting.

Please take my advice & go elsewhere. Keys didn't work for our room & 2 of our neighbor's rooms. Not the best place to go. Kinda looks ghetto for lack of a better term. Do yourself a favor and go pay $85 some other place. You'll thank me! Our room smelled like moldy cigarettes. There's mold on bathroom ceiling. It looks like burnt spots on covers. The sheets had dirt on them when we arrived. There's no ice available. The carpeting was nasty & needed vacuuming. The bathroom just looked germy. There's a lot of outside noise also. The ac unit smells like stinky armpits when you turn it on. I will NEVER stay here again.

    Adequate stay
Floor moist to the touch near the fridge. No shampoo in the room. Lotion and conditioner. Only two towels for a family of 4 reservation. Had to request additional towels.

The staff were great. I actually lodged post Irma hurricane after they had accommodated evacuees from FL and SC and had experienced power outage as a result of Irma themselves. Staff scurried to get linens and rooms cleaned/ready for more guest. Older Baymont property but not falling apart. Had non - smoking room but there was definitely remnants of pet dander. Parking is constricted so if your traveling w/hitched eqpt parking may be challenging.

Room had a couple creatures in it, 1 cock roach, 1 flying insect and a spider. No ice machines that work. Staff said to walk to hotel next parking lot..lol. Room had no bath towels, no soap, no shampoo. Looks like all they did was make the beds. No room refrig. Won't stay here again.

I wouldn't have given it even one star if that would have been an option,. We had to pull over because of a storm and usually baymont inn is a mid grade to nice but not fancy motel but this one is a dump!! Only one rag and you could tell it was dirty, moldy plate of food in the microwave, mold smell, dirty in general even hair in the tub not to mention no shower curtain and coffee pot with no cups or anything. My only hope is that we didn't catch anything from that place! Never stay here it's terrible! !

I've stayed here 3 times already. Most people think the area is bad, but the few times I've stayed here, I have had no problems with anyone and everyone is nice here. The hotel is clean, updated enough compared to others, the staff is nice, never had a problem with reservations or my stay. The prices are awesome! I woups definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a valuable and reasonable vacation on a budget. I'm no way is this hotel a dump, but if you are someone that has extremely high standards, and are expecting a 5 star hotel that has a $300 a night quality, this is not your place otherwise this is a nice, clean and in my opinion easy 3 star Hotel.

Stayed the night here on New Years Eve, it was clean and the girl at the front desk was very friendly, called my room to make sure my boyfriend made it (which, when I moved the phone cord came loose and cut off the call which I still feel bad about. If you see this I'm sorry!!) which I appreciated. I checked everywhere for any sign of bugs and there were none whatsoever and the place was pretty clean. It felt pretty safe as well. I would stay here again.

Nice place, rooms were clean and good water pressure in the shower. Service folks were very helpful in finding us a spot to put our truck and trailer.
