I ordered a mattress two weeks ago. The salesman was great and very professional. That's where the compliments end. I was supposed to have it delivered on September 23. Get a call that morning that it was never put on the truck and I would get a call back. I had to call them back the following week to reschedule delivery. Was expecting it today (September 30th) between 130 and 330. 4 oclock comes, and I have to call them again. Put on hold and finally told it would be at least another hour before delivery. When I questioned if it took more than an hour what were the next steps, I was told I could cancel but would still be charged a 15%restocking fee. For a mattress that is already a week and some hours late!!! Very unsatisfied and frustrated at this point. Will be my 1st and last purchase with this location.

Uber professional staff, wonderful selection of furniture. Well lit, clean and organized. Staged perfectly. Ordered some dining room chairs and a credenza for the foyer. This place definitely blows Rooms To Go right out of the water. Can't wait to pick up the new pieces! In a few more months I'll be back for a new sectional..!

My delivers were very professional and did an excellent job setting up our furniture. As soon as they arrived, they got to work and allowed minimal time for distractions. While working, they were personable and interactive. I appreciate their knowledge and service today.

From the Sales Person in store being very patient and helping me with my purchase to the two delivery men (Justin Arlee and Lonnie Stanley) that delivered my furniture who were very professional. My overall my experience with American Signature was great. They showed great customer service which is very hard to get in Georgia. Turn around for furniture ordered and delivered was about a week. Furniture is great quality. No complaints!

Best delivery guys ever names were Justin Arlee and Lonnie Stanley they were helpful patient and careful with furniture. They took their time and made sure none of the furniture got scratched. It was the first time I saw a delivery person put padding in the door before they moved furniture in and I asked them why they said all delivery persons should do that and I advised them no one else ever did that. These delivery persons are top notch and I recommend you utilize them to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

DO NOT BUY THE UNITER'S WARRANTY from American Signature Furniture ..It is a TOTAL SCAM. American Signature furniture is cahoots with this lowlife company and I would not doubt they are getting kickbacks for preying on customers. When I called the Southlake Location & spoke to MITCH for money back he said he can't refund the warranty and Uniter's denied my claim. I had you in mind to buy furniture in the very near future but it was divinely meant for me to find this out today. Well played, 2 of a kind Lowlife thieves! I can't wait for you to go belly up and you will because people are not going to stand to be ripped off. Your gig will be up very soon!
