I have purchased my last five cars from Stadium Toyota. I contact them letting them know what vehicle I would like, the price range, and my preferred option package. I receive an email with details of my choices and then make my selection. Usually I come in, test drive, sign and go! It’s wonderful to work with a no bologna dealership, especially as a female buyer!
The service department is superior as well. I live in another city but drive over an hour for the service at Stadium. Jeff Williams, my new service rep was efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was just in for my first service and out in an hour with a clean car. Love it!

My wife and I purchased a 2019 Highlander from David Labadze on Saturday April 27, 2019. We wanted to let you know that this was the best experience that we ever had purchasing a vehicle. Even though a 5 is the best rating a person can give, I would like to try to give a 6. My service advisor, Michael Hare, was awesome. He kept me updated on what was going on with my car and did it in a timely manner. I enjoyed the short time that I had to wait. The television, coffee and snacks made for a very relaxing experience. Thank you, Michael, for being so pleasant and professional.

The service was very good, the car was done before the time expected. The service guy Mr. Berry was also fast and amicable, and let me know about some issues that I have to check in a close future. The waiting room is excellent too. super nice coffee machine and a lot of different snacks. Was very good.

Our sales rep. was Raphael Juan. We were projecting to be way over our miles on our 2016 Tundra lease. After going thru some detailed options, Raphael was able to put me in a 2017 Tundra purchase for the same monthly payment plus $5. Jim the manager was excellent too. It's refreshing to go to a dealership and have a great experience 2 times in a row. They have my business.

This is our second purchase from Stadium Toyota. Our first experience with sales consultant Tom Jones was such a pleasant one that when we needed a second car we went back to him. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and even took the time to set up the Bluetooth on
our phones. He answered all our questions without hesitation. I would definitely recommend Stadium Toyota and Tom Jones to anyone considering a Toyota for their next car purchase. We LOVE our Camry!

He showed us various options and worked with the business manager to get the deals that would work best for us. We’ve had a previous experience that was also wonderful. I will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I am beyond shock until this day of how disrespectful the sales managers are especially Rocky and Paul even the sales man Bruno. After contacting Toyota, I received a call from Richard one of the other managers and was told that he can offer me a deal. When I went back to the dealership and ready to sign papers and verify with him I was told that I will still be responsible for my other vehicle payoff when he was already aware in writing and I was told that it will be added in my new loan. My biggest advice to anyone purchasing from this dealership is to double check any deal especially a payoff to ensure they are doing everything you ask for. I was one of the customer that got scam when it came to the financing. Was told both verbally and written that my payoff was going to be taken care of and it wasn't I was going to be stuck with it. I will never return to this dealership and anyone I know I will urge the same. In fact I will contact Toyota again letting them know about this visit again. I was even told that I will receive a gift card for the lack of communications and behavior by the managers by Richard and I never did either.

I was totally impressed with the service provided by Francisco Velez! He took the initiative to order a replacement part that was still under warranty that he noticed on a previous service appointment. When the part arrived he had difficulty contacting us due to a change in phone number. He didn't give up and eventually reached me through email. We scheduled the appointment for that same afternoon. He met me at the drive-in, kept and kept me informed of the replacement process as I waited. His tenacity and friendly service ensures we remain a loyal Stadium Toyota customer.

I bought a 4Runner from Stadium almost a year ago. The customer service was great and the sales man was very knowledgeable about the 4Runner. He answered all my questions about it. I stopped here first before shopping around and got a great price in writing. No one in the area was close to beating these guys, and I went back and got my 4Runner. Service department was polite and professional when I brought it in for the first service. Overall good experience.

My car-buying experience at Stadium Toyota was excellent. First, Bill Tracey, my sales associate, was very good and prompt at responding to all my questions and concerns. He kept me informed by emails, videos and calls to make sure I had all the information that I needed. He was attentive to my wants and needs in purchasing my new car. Bill quickly responded with "thank yous" and offers of help with any other questions I had. The rest of the team were very friendly and attentive and made me feel welcome. Robinson in the Finance Office made the financing part of the purchase fast, efficient, painless and fun. I will certainly recommend Bill and Stadium Toyota to my friends and family. My experience at Stadium Toyota was above and beyond all the expectations! Norman Sanchez is a very professional, knowledgeable and attentive sales consultant, he really helped me and my wife to make right decisions and find "Our" car among various models and options. All the process was very easy and nice and we could recommend Norman Sanchez to everyone! I also would like to give thanks to Tom Johns, another sales consultant who dedicated his time waiting for us until we finish with all the papers and explained about all the perks of our new car. The financing was easy and we got a new friend in the person of financial manager Jose Acevedo. A great car buying experience and definitely will come back for another purchase.

They were professional but more importantly they were compassionate and understanding about my fears. I got the best deal I could ever get. OMG! This place was the Best Experience ever! Leo Gutierrez and David Funk were so Awesome! Leo took me out on the test drive and explained everything in the car..all the functionality of my new vehicle. He also was so helpful with my loan application. David was also so friendly and helpful with all my financial questions. Everyone there was super friendly! And as we passed the hall said hello and smiled. This truly was a fabulous experience and they made it so easy for me to get my dream car! Thanks again everyone at Stadium Toyota!

It was a very stormy day of May 24 when I had a late-scheduled appointment at Stadium Toyota to provide maintenance to my Toyota Corolla. I arrived twenty-minutes before the scheduled time (6:30 pm), and I was immediately approached by Carlos Luna, an employee in charge, who devoted an undivided attention to my request. He quickly arranged all the appropriate paperwork, and in less than 50 minutes I was pleasantly driving home, with the satisfaction of enjoying a high quality service and a very professional counseling. I hope Stadium Toyota will continue with the high quality standards that I, as a client, received on that originally stormy but pleasantly ending day.

Great service. They accurately told me how long my service would take. Frank and Ariel did a great job! I wish I could remember the name of the young woman who helped me on the phone twice--she actually answered without going to voice mail! Shuttle service is awesome!
I love the relaxing waiting room with specialty coffees and teas. I'll be back!!!
