We worked with Jon Durham at Flow Toyota! He was extremely patient with us and walked us around the lot, helping us find our perfect car! We test drove a used car and a brand new car and after hearing from Jon the safety features the new Toyota had we ultimately decided to go with the new Camry. We can't thank Jon enough for his help. He was so easy to work with and very personable. We will send anyone his way who may be looking to purchase a car. During the finance portion of our visit we worked with Brian and he was AMAZING as well! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be referring Flow Toyota to our friends and family!

I called at 3:30 to see if I could get my tires replaced (and alignment). After a minute or two I had an appointment confirmed for 3:45. I was able to get dinner while they worked on my truck and walked back to the dealership and picked up my truck at 6:00 just as promised. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I got great pricing and great service from a super friendly staff. I am from out of town (out of state) and half consider returning to Flow Toyota of Statesville the next time I need new tires. I have been involved in providing direct customer service for more that 30 years and I know what works. This place obviously knows as well. Go here.

I was in Statesville in route to N. Wilkesboro for business the next morning and decided the tires on my Tundra needed to be replaced NOW. I saw the dealership from I-77 and there is an adjacent Hampton Inn so for me this was a great convenience.

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. Was looking for a gently used Sienna two or three years old. Couldn’t find anything reasonably priced or in excellent condition in Upstate SC, so made the trek to the North Charlotte area to see a few vans. Flow had pretty much what I was looking for.

These guys are CarMax style so couldn’t get them to move much on the price. Their goal is to market price vehicles. I wasn’t thrilled with the $599 doc fee.

I worked with Steve Greggory and his manager Joe which were both professional. It was a no pressure experience from beginning to end.

I’ll definitely start my search for a Toyota here in the future should the need arise, even if I have to drive a bit. I feel like they gave me a fair shake on my purchase and that’s the most important part of the experience.

Worked directly with Steve Gregory, he was AWESOME! No hassle, he made the deal easy and didn't waste my time with unreasonable deals and sales pitch's. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen no exceptions; had a truck shipped in from another state within two days, that's service! This is my second Toyota purchase from Flow Toyota and they will be the ONLY dealer I go back to again for a new truck! Thanks guys for all your help! It really was a pleasure! A 5 star experience for someone who truly hates the car buying process. The entire experience was pleasant and for the first time at a dealership, I didn't feel like I was getting a bad deal. From sales to finance, everyone I encountered was top notch.

I highly recommend Steve Gregory in Sales; he was exceptional to work with. He is not pushy with the sales pitch, he is a great communicator and most important to me, he is a man of his word. He delivered on every element of the sale and followed up to make sure there were no issues.

I will absolutely buy another car from Steve at Flow Toyota.

Flow Toyota just provided me with another excellent service experience, as they have been doing for 10+ years! Not only do they reliably provide conscientious and thorough service, but today was not just a routine 90K-miles maintenance call. Several employees were patient and helpful through my numerous questions and concerns about selecting the right replacement tires for my car. Kudos to Assistant Service Manager Jeff Parnell, Parts Department staffer Zach, and the woman (whose name I missed) who listened to my overly-detailed check-in info and graciously introduced their VIP buy-your-car offer even though I declined. I can always count on Flow Toyota to send me home happy.

My boss recommended Flow Toyota of Statesville and Brandon. He said they will treat you like a person and be honest. They are so friendly. I have visited many dealerships in the last few months as I was looking for a Highlander. Brandon showed me options and offered me a test drive in a vehicle I didn't plan on driving home with. He was very informative and helpful. He was very friendly and honest as you don't find that much with car lots. Joe was awesome with a positive personality and made the deal to the lowest interest possible and a brand new car which I didn't think was possible or my plan.
Brian was another salesman I met who was very friendly and informative and very positive with reassuring me that I had made a great decision with my selection. Brian answered all my questions while we were patiently waiting. He helped me not back and go home. Haley was very polite and friendly and also accommodated me and my son as we waited. I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I will definitely refer to Flow Toyota of Statesville!!
