The BEST place to go for a BAIT and SWITCH!! Worst customer service I have ever had from a Ford Dealership. I've owned and driven Ford trucks for over 25 years, but after what happened here, would make me leap over the fence and go to che..ee..eee (you know the word).
Supposedly they gave us $4900 on trade in 2013 for a 2012 Versa. Didn't ask interest rate . Santander is lienholder. Paying faithfully. Still owe $10500. They're crooks and the staff wasn't real friendly.
This is a great place. They are so willing to work with you and they will make something happen when you didn't think it was possible. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. When you go, ask for Jourdan! She is amazing. Great customer service and will go the extra mile for you!!!!
Being a first time customer, I was not pleased. Let me start off by saying, I loved over an hour away and traveled here because I was told over the phone I qualified for a vehicle. I called the morning of and told them I didn’t want to waste my time and gas and not drive home in a new car. She told me as long as I have my proof of income, proof of address, and drivers license, they could help me. I told her from the beginning I had only been at my new job for 1 month. But was at my previous job for 4 years. Told me it wouldn’t be a problem. The staff was friendly, but I left with no vehicle, because they said I hadn’t been at my job long enough. That’s bs!!!! Please change your misleading commercials as well Kazy KevinPowell!! Sincerely, a very pissed off person.
I visited the dealership on January 20th and settled on a 2016 Ford Focus hatchback. My salesman was Miguel Flores and was very nice to work with. I traded a Toyota 4Runner 4x4 with high mileage.
I also worked with two sales managers, JR Normal and Jason McClamrock both of which were super nice. I have since refinanced thru my credit union for a much lower interest rate.
The reason I only gave 3 stars was there was a major issue with a transmission module in this model. Ford won't do a recall and I drove away and immediately had issues with my transmission. I took the car back and they did "fix" this issue, but within a month I started having issues againFord needs to do a recall and fix this!!!!
They are good to help you get a car but after the deal is over they don’t want to help you especially if you trade the car for other one and go back and get the remaining balance of gap or warranty money. We was on hold for 30 minuets just to get hung up on they was very rude. I will not state names at the time but if it isn’t resolved soon I will update with the names of the rude financial people we are dealing with.
I was looking online because I heard commercials about how they "take the person into consideration" and all that good stuff. I ended up on the phone with a lady and we talked about programs they have so I could get approved for a car. I drive an hour there, sat there for about 2-3 hours just to be told that they have no control over approving anyone and that the bank is who decides anything. There aren't even any programs. They made me believe that I could possibly get a car with the credit i have and the pay I make, but instead they told me I had to have a $2500 down payment. They don't care about you, just your money.
I would put a 0 star but couldn't. Horrible experience. No prices for the most part online.means you have to call in. Took my niece down to try to get a vehicle. We called first, explained she had no credit because she's still young. Explained we live over an hour away and would like to know first if she would be approved for not. They put her on hold and then told her she's the kind of person they like to help and come down. After getting there after we both worked a long day, and the credit report (none) they "explained" how credit works. They basically told her she would then not be approved unless she had 10% down, a co-signer, or wait until she had credit built up. Now I understand, these younger kids have no clue on how any of this works but they way they wasted our time outraged the both of us. The crazy thing, she has the 10% down for sure!!!! The way they talked to her and they ASSUMED she couldn't afford it, AND gave us a lesson on "how you get credit and how it works", we knew we didn't want to deal with these people. Now it's down to Scenic Ford and Bob King Mazda !
This is the worst dealership I have ever used. My husband traded in 2 motorcycles and got a loan for a truck on April 11th. They were going to pick up the motorcycles as part of the deal. On May 2nd we finally got the other Kevin Powell dealership in charlotte to pickup the motorcycles. As of may 5th we are still waiting for the dealership to pay off the motorcycles and we are currently getting late payment alerts on our loans. Not only that, but they haven't sent the license plate for the truck yet. Overall, this has been the worse experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Kevin Powell motorsports in charlotte that deals specifically with motorcycles has stepped in to help, so I wouldn't write Kevin Powell across the board.
My wife and I had a very positive experience with Rick Brandon and the staff at Foothill Ford. Our payments are a little more than we had budgeted but considering our credit rating and a trade-in that was literally falling apart (to the point of being unsafe to drive), we feel very fortunate that they did everything as promised. We drove off the the lot with a 2017 Focus SE the same day!!!
I talked on the phone with a salesman every day for about a week before I was able to come look at a vehicle. Over the week I was promised multiple things, no down payment, low monthly payments, no credit checks, etc. Just like advertised on the obnoxious radio ads. Once I drove two hours to look at some vehicles, I was only allowed to look at ONE car, the only one on the lot without a warranty, and exactly what I DIDN'T want. They didn't let me look at any other cars on the lot. We went in to see about a down payment and monthly payments, credit score (all of which I was told I wouldn't have to do any of) and the amount of money I was being told I had to pay was outrageous. They were extremely rude and were not helpful at all. It was an all around terrible experience and I will never come back to look at another car from this place.
They were so friendly I wasn't there very long got approved in less than an hour going back to pick up my car Friday I'm so happy with how fast it was
We bought a F150 truck at foothills 14 years ago and had a good experience then, so we thought we would give them another try. We were looking for another F150 and they had one that my husband fell for. Now we had a budget in mind and we were going to stick to our guns on it. Brandon Jarrell was our salesman, and between him and one of the managers they worked until they got it to within $75 of our limit. We had a ball working with him, we gave him a rough time of it, but he came though for us. Highly recommend
