  I was interested in buying a vehicle test drove it and having issues ask them to fix it then they want me to pay up front before fixing it poor business.

  Bought several cars and 1 Truck there, Very happy with my experience with those guys, they took very good care of me, I also have sent a couple friends there, They too was very pleased! I highly recommend going to see those guys if your in the market for a vehicle.

  Terrible is only words to say. I wouldn't buy from these salesman if they was only dealer in nc. Don't even act like they wana earn your buissness. Must be for charging so much. they must be able to make it a while off one sale. What a hole.

  Terrible customer service and very poor ethics! Put a deposit down on a truck, had insurance and loan completethe salesman Dustin sold the truck right out from under us! Would not recommend this company to anyone! We contacted Dustin at 8:00am this morning to let him know we wanted the truck and the bank was processing the loan. At lunch time Dustin text my husband and told him someone else wanted to look at the truckand ask us what we wanted him to do. My husband replied the bank has finished the loan and we wanted the truck. Five minutes later he text my husband back and said he was doing paperwork with someone else. Poor, poor ethics to sell a truck out from under someone that had a deposit to hold the truck and had already went thru insurance and the bank with everything finalized. Not a misunderstanding at all, just a bad deal with a dishonest company.

  Hibriten Auto Mart was the best choice I made when it came to purchasing my first vehicle. The staff made me feel welcome soon as I arrived. They were friendly and honest gave me a straight up deal answer any and every question I had. Over all with out a doubt the best service I've ever seen. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle and kind service
