Loved this dealership since I went there with my father. Then around 1970 my husband and I started dealing with them. I have found Ryan, Guy, over many years to be down to earth,HONEST, easy to deal with. Now my new friend/ sales person Scott has the same values as my old friends, and I can go to him and receive the same honest service as my husband and I have received all of these years. Just made our 3rd car purchase from Randy Marion. Shopped around for a new Silverado and they really went above and beyond with price and service. They want to earn your business! Allison and Jake have without a doubt earned ours for this dealership. This is the first place I go when looking to buy a vehicle.

This was my first time doing business with Randy Marion. I spoke with Allison who was more than happy to assist with my questions. When I had scheduling issues getting there to test drive the vehicle, Allison more than once agreed to come in on her time off to assist me. I have never in all my years of buying a vehicle had a salesperson go out of their way to accommodate me. The complete staff, from the sales staff to the sales manager to finance manager made the experience as smooth and effortless as possible. I also got a great deal on my Silverado to boot! Great buying experience!

The service department is really nice! So nice I felt strange pulling my car in. Lol The employees were super nice and very helpful. They were very understanding and did all they could to help me get my car fixed at the best price. They were not pushy and didn't try to hound me and upsell me like crazy! Highly recommend this place!

Scott Troy was a great salesman to work with. Very personable, honest and upfront with details regarding the deal. This was the first time I've ever purchased a used vehicle (2009 Corvette Convertible) and any fears of getting a good deal was quickly erased! Phil the sales manager and Chris in finance explained very thing and got me taken care of with the bank quickly and got me out the door! If you are in the Market for a Chevy go see Scott at their Statesville location, he'll take care of you!!

We have been working with Allison all day. She is super nice and patient and has answered all of our questions in detail. We have purchased 2 used vehicles from this dealership so far and are in the process of buying a new truck. Would definitely recommend this place.

Allison is fantastic! She worked with me on two purchases and made everything great. She made what is usually a stressful experience a great experience. The entire staff was SO accomadating. I drove from Hickory because the experience was so pleasant the first time. I would highly recommend the dealership and will definitely buy from them again!

I really enjoyed my experience with Randy Marion Chevrolet of Statesville from start to finish. Salesperson Allison Parsons was awesome always getting back with me and helping me chose which SUV was best for me. Allison was very friendly and easy to talk with. We were looking for an additional car, my wife stopped by to ask Allison Parsons about a vehicle. Allison showed her several, explaining the details of each model. We selected a model that met our needs and Allison worked with us to offer the best price. Great car buying experience, Allison is very personable and professional. This is the third vehicle we purchased from her in a year and half. She provides over the top customer service
