  Mr. Collins is very patient. My wife took about 8 hrs out of his day until she was 100% satisfied. Collins Chevrolet brought the truck in from another dealer to meet my wife's wishes. Thank You Very Much Lee.

  "Creating customers for life" motto is such a joke"!!! When I called to voice my complaint Mr. Collins was no help at all. Our car was on the lot for 11 days and the mechanic forgot it was even there for maintenance. Then they left the parking lights on and ran the battery down. Don't waste your time at this place. We will never grace their doors again. I am informing every person I know not to go there!!! They do not care about you!

  Excellent customer service. Made me feel like I was part of their family. Told me the cost for the repairs but ended up paying far less which made my wallet happy. Collins Chevrolet = Above & Beyond

  Outstanding service! Cameron in the service department was very friendly and explained everything that needed service while keeping us up to date. We were traveling thru and had to have the car towed in overnight.Their speedy service put us back on the road quickly! Thank you!!

  Took my car in for a small repair they fixed it at reasonable cost and threw in a car wash because they were busy and we were easy to get along with I will go back.

  On Friday, around 10 a.m., made an online reservation for 8 a.m. Saturday service confirmed via email. Showed up at 7:59. No one there. Door locked. Lights off. Waited until 8:17, and still no one had shown up. As this was a 30-minute drive for me since we don't live near a Subaru dealer, I wasn't amused. This was my first attempt at service with this dealership and likely my last.

  This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. Chris and Susie Amburn were the best sales staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I made the deal over the phone and then drove over two hours to take delivery. There were no hidden fees. I ended up paying the exact price I was quoted. I left happy!
