Came for a dislocated finger, was treated With disrespect and not even given an Advil or Tylenol. Very unhappy and unprofessional.

I was forced by the Dillon police to go to this facility because I was sitting in my car crying over a broken relationship after having a couple of drinks in a bar. I was in perfect physical health yet was charged over $3,500. They took my insurance info without my knowledge. I had to pay to get my dog out of a shelter and hitchhike 8 miles back to my car. I'd hate to find out what they charge for an ACTUAL emergency!

Came in with dental pain. For many years dentists made me feel uncomfortable about the condition of my teeth. So coming in I was a little hesitant. But I was in and out super quick, wasn't offered unneeded pain pills and they stayed all business. No talk about bad teeth.

I can"t begin to explain how great this place was. Courteous service. Quick service. When you are on vacation and feeling bad, it's never good. This staff of professionals provided immediate relief!

My wife fell at the bottom of our condo stairs and broke her ankle. The paramedics were there before I was off the phone with 911, and we were in the ER less than 2 hours total - x-ray, temp cast and all. Everyone was helpful, we were super pleased with the experience

I have never met so many different people in all aspects of medical care that were so genuinely concerned for my well being and showed so much empathy. Dr. Dorf, the surgeon was excellent and his PA, Kelly was great at explaining everything post op. I had a really bad femur fracture and was home in within 4 days. Excellent care!

I called after hours to inquire about emergency treatment, and asked for approximate cost of a visit. I understand the difficulty with this request, but I wasn't even asked the simplest questions regarding what were my symptoms. I shouldn't have told them I was "insuranceless". The feeling I got from whoever answered the phone was less than sympathetic and was left with the impression that with no insurance I was screwed and the emergency room could't be bothered with my illness. The lack of compassion makes me wonder if my health mattered. More important was my ability to pay or not pay. I wouldn't even rate my experience as one star, but I can't post without rating. Perhaps whomever I spoke with should consider a different profession. Thanks

Most wonderful hospital experience I've ever had. Very attentive and responsive nurses and staff. Also, Dr. Dorf did an excellent job on my surgery and came to check in on me before I discharged. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs care in Summit County!

I have a horrible phobia of all medical doctors/facilities and had originally denied being taken to the hospital in my instance. I had eventually given in and was taken via ambulance to Summit ER. There, my treating doctors and nurses were amazing. Grant and Tori were both extremely patient with all of my questions re. testing/results and understanding of my fear of hospitals/doctors/needles. They kept me calm during my stay and made the environment comfortable. Although, I'm sure there were others who treated me, Grant and Tori you rock! Thank you! I would highly recommend this ER.
