My doctor referred me to Foothills Hospital for skilled outpatient services on Friday afternoon. I received excellent care and wonderful service from every department.

Alex in Reception worked the phones to ensure that both doctors' orders were received and scheduled in the most efficient way.
Mike and Dr. Wells in Imaging helped to keep my stress level low as they inserted a PICC line in my arm. Beforehand, the receptionist in Imaging had blankets delivered to the waiting room where I was lying on a sofa.
Rita in Infusions was waiting for my arrival and was caring and thorough.
Every person we met at the hospital was helpful and accommodating.

Amazingly kind and caring staff. I have been in my fair share of ER's in a handful of states and this is by far the best care I have ever received.

During my first stay the er docs lied about my response of questions they had asked me which led to my insurance not covering my week long stay for pancreatitis. During my latest overnight stay in January the bill came to over $21,000. $7,000 + of that was for an MRI that wasn't necessary. My research showed the national average for an MRI is just $2,500. If If you were informed whether or not a procedure was necessary and what the costs were associated with it at least you could make more informed decisions. The care is generally OK but I'll choose different if there is a next time. You'll live through the experience but it will cost you

If I could leave zero starts I would. The triage nurse just ignored my pleas for help, she said it could be hours as all ambulances and existing people waiting would be ahead of us. Even then she disagreed with all the symptoms my daughter was presenting which I and another professional had witnessed. It was an emergency, I was so scared so we walked and went to Avista where we got emergency treatment and a 'flight for life' ride to a specialist hospital. Has I not left my daughter would be dead. How is it possible for one very old disinterested nurse refuse treatment and be the gatekeeper for help in the ER room.

Posted this on their Emergency room page as well but its worth posting twice. Went in with a severely dislocated and fractured ankle and was not offered any kind of relief. I was shaking and hyperventilating the entire time I was there in excruciating pain. Offered me an ibuprofen before they relocated my ankle. My friend could hear me screaming from the waiting room. Not to mention they have a 5/10 survival rate. Can't stand this place.

Sitting in the waiting room over 2 hours with my sick 3 year old and still nothing hope it's nothing serious. Dont come here you mite die in the waiting room was just told all rooms are full but I'm sitting in the waiting room with 2 people who have gone back and are now out here waiting on there rides so not only is the staff slow but they lie also

I will be eternally grateful to the emergency room and first floor medical personnel of this exceptional, professional, kind and thoughtful hospital. Everyone was extraordinary from the Registered Nurses, Nurses Aides, Respiratory, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy teams and the Hospitalist and Emergency physicians. I owe you my life and all my gratitude. I had four inpatient days after going to the Emergency Room, Now that I am home recovering, the Home Health team has been providing excellent telephone support.

This is the second time I have been in the Emergency Room, both times were excellent.

Called the ER to see how long the wait is and the guy would only say, "It's not 30 minutes, but it's not 3 hours either". Very helpful.

I am a 51 year old mother of two. Olaf dress, pink patten leather shoes to paint a picture. Headed there in excruciating pain for five solid days after a cross country road trip. Could not concentrate. Had to leave work, can't sleep. Had x-rays and the ER Dr. Gives me an ibruprofhen and tells me to have a good day!!! What kind of gross negligence is this!? Disappointed? No, disgusted is more like it at the level of - lack of care. This place is worthless unless you're literally dying! They treat everyone as if they are an opiate seeking drug addict was the basis of her explanation as to why the hell I wasn't leaving the EMERGENCY ROOM with noting more than a god dam aspirin! And, it's a holiday weekend. I can't get in to see a specialist for days!

Customer service is served up cold at the BCH Cafe. On June 16 at 3:45 p.m. I visited the cafe while waiting for a family member having surgery. The woman on duty was rude and condescending. I'm sorry that I interrupted her day, and I'm sorry I paid a dime here.

Going in to Foothills for a neck x-ray. I will get back to you if I survive the experience and am not brain assaulted on the way. If a follow up comment fails to appear here soon, they got me Really.
Went for the x-ray. Went really well. Nothing like the deadly clam-bake at the Broadway campus. The way the radiologist looked at me I have "already dead" impossible to survive brainstem infiltration resolving. Resolving. I believe the info will be accurately provided to my provider for my next appointment I am not expected to survIve to attend. I am overjoyed! The run-around will be over! And truth told!

Excellent experience, all the staff had wonderful bedside manner. I was seen immediately in the emergency room (when's the last time someone said that?). I was treated efficiently and with respect. Also, when lunchtime came around, they were able to respect all my dietary restrictions! The care I received was top notch and I left with a great diagnosis and steps for moving forward. Thanks everyone at Foothills, keep up the good work!

I had my son there, he was born at 33 weeks The nurses were amazingi thank them for the amazing around the clock care they gave to my son!! I cant wait to bring him home, but i know hes getting excellent care until can.
