Just left Denver Health adult urgent care and it was the best medical experience I had. Everyone that helped me was understanding and friendly.
When I went to their pharmacy, the tech that helped me out also discounted my prescription.
No one enjoys having to go to the hospital and it can be an unpleasant, stressful time. But I didn't feel any of that.
Thankful for everyone who helped me out at Denver Health today. 💕

Went to Denver health family planning clinic today and had a great experience. All the ladies that helped me today were so nice and professional. I felt very comfortable and well informed the whole time. My appointment was not rushed and I was able to ask all the questions I had. I appreciated the attentiveness I recieved from the time I walked in! Excellent service!

They saved my mom's life this week. We were in sheer panic when we heard the news. Those doctors, nurses, CNA's, cardiologist are the reason she is alive. I have no words and a silly five star review isn't the best 'thank you for saving her life' but it will have to do for now. Thank you for saving lives, keeping everyone comfortable, safe, calm. That Tuesday was the scariest day of my life when we got the news about her, for you guys it was just a simple, every day, Tuesday. Thank you so much.

Awesome hospital. wonderful medical doctors, very competent and compassionate. My husband had Covid19 and was in the hospital for 15days. He had the best care on 9A! It was very scary, he almost died, but he made it thanks to their amazing care.

Towards the end of 2016, I obtained a boxer's fracture to my right hand. I went to Denver health where they gave me an x Ray that showed my right hands smallest finger had broken bones. So they put a cast on the hand. They never told me when to take it off. Therefore I left it on there 10 weeks. Too long now that I know it should have been 6 weeks. With subsequent follow up visits, they told me my hand would be able to make a fist again. It does but not that finger. It's crooked and vebe. Never did they send a doctor. I always seen either a nurse or a physician's assistant. I told those people the tendon or ligament needs to be reattached most likely. They told me know. Well, a specialist I recently visited told me what I thought all along. After an MRI was done, it revealed what i expected. Denver health refused to do the MRI and now my hand is messed up. Do not trust Denver health to fix anything you require. They do not know what they are doing. This is your physical well being were talking about.

Took my friend here to be treated for a terrible anxiety attack after he experienced huge loss in his life. They treated him like he was drug addicted. They asked over and over what drugs he took. They told him to try yoga after laughing together. I've never seen such terrible people. Nevermind the fact they are supposed to be professionals. This would never be allowed in my industry.Local mental health advocacy groups know about this and many other related issues at Denver hospital and ask us to please consider Rose hospital for these needs instead. I hope this helps someone in need. If you are suffering you can always reach out to Mental Health Center of Denver. They will make sure you get help and advice right away. Please keep your chin up. I want the world for you and I am cheering for your success

Having been recently enrolled in Medicaid, I visited the urgent care for the first time today and had the best urgent care experience. I was in and out within an hour and received excellent care from the medical staff. They were all so friendly and helpful and I left feeling great. Thanks Denver Health!

I was impressed with my treatment at Denver Health (especially in comparison to Lutheran Medical where I overheard staff saying “I hope she dies” regarding another patient and none of their staff seemed like they liked their jobs ). At Denver Health I was treated right away from the emergency room due to heart condition, got an eeg within 30 min. and was sent back within 45. Got an IV in right away and all staff acted like they actually cared. The resident doctor seemed like she was actually listening to meit was amazing. Even though my low heart rate in the 30’s didn’t require treatment they made me feel like I wasn’t wasting their time and fully educated me on symptoms with my condition and medications.

The staff is always friendly and helpful! They are sweet and patient to my son that is afraid of needles. His Dr is awesome. My Midwife let him see an ultrasound of his new sibling when he came to the prenatal visit with me. They even asked him if he had questions about the pregnancy and baby!

Expect to wait your life away in the emergency department just so someone can tell you things you already know or false information. I was told I could possibly get my IUD removed and then come to find out hours later, someone else informed me that they don't even have the tools to do so. Plus I had a creepy male doctor checking out my downstairs area for no reason. I told him I just want the Iud out and for some reason, he kept saying "well if you change your mind or think it over. You might end up liking it." Like what part of I just want it taken out don't you understand? I didn't ask to keep it in and apparently he doesn't know how to take them out anyways. Plus they claimed to have done a urine test but I never gave a urine sample

The east side clinic staff is great, but after spending over a YEAR on resolving false billing (even with my insurance company on the phone and them telling both of us that it was resolved), I can't recommend this place to anyone that wishes to avoid billing hell. It services primarily those in need of emergency care and the homeless. I only go here for convenience of distance.

Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. I received incredible maternity care from the caring midwives and I was thoroughly pleased with the accommodations and attention me and my baby received afterwards. Shout out to Brenda and her team! I continue to take my baby to see doctors here for her appointments, and my husband and I receive our care here as well. Other than long wait times to get a routine care appointment, I haven't had a bad experience yet!

I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. Without going into detail - find a different place to have your baby!! It was horrible at every turn. They are not sanitary and I ended up with a life threatening infection. I called and spoke with a patient advocacy person and in response I was sent a letter saying that the hospital did nothing wrong. I called to try and help them become aware of the problems Obviously they were not interested in improving. I'm lucky my baby came home alive.. Two other babes died in the maternity unit the week I was there.

Love this hospital but the security take there job was to seriously. I was up there with my sister dude to the she pregnant and wasn't feeling good. Spent almost 5 hours up there waiting for nothing. I went out side to my sister car to grab my bag due to a friend picking me up I had to take my sister keys back to her. Has I was walking in I was in the phone with a ex boyfriend saying some rude thing you know that kind of "problems" anyways has walking in I was trying to go to the back to drop off my sister keys and I haven't been to Denver health in 4 year sent I gave birth to my daughter. I didn't know you had to go to the very front desk. Has I was talking on the phone the security lady that I was talking to her so I walked out and she told 2 other security dude to not let me back in because she thought I was talking to her calling her name. Due to that I will never be going back to Denver health ever again.

So thankful for Denver Health and their excellent, compassionate care of my loved one who struggles with many difficulties. Every single person we had contact with here was above and beyond helpful and exceptional with their care and advice - never at any point passing judgement - just very patient and attentive. Denver Health is truly a blessing for the community.

I would not recommend the ER unless your life depends on it. My mother was kept in the ER for over 12 hours until she was finally admitted. We were given very little information and the staff was extremely rude. They only gave her water once and when she asked for assistance to use the bathroom they arrived 30 minutes later or never.

The pediatric ED/ urgent care provided wonderful care to my son last week. He is very scared of needles, and was very upset that he had to have stitches; but the staff did everything to make him feel at ease. They did so much to help him overcome his fears, and even though there were some tears at first, he did well. The ED staff was great!!
Letting him pick something from their "treasure chest" was the icing on the cake. He was so excited, and it made him smile.

We had our first child born here the other day, the staff is wonderful and great with the baby and us. We drove down from the mountains to have our baby here, due to not having an OB clinic in our area. We were a little early and the staff worked with us so we wouldn't have to drive back up into the mountains. The only complaint I have is we had some mixed info on our discharge time. The staff went out of the way to find the correct info and explain what happened. If it wasn't for that minor hiccup we would have gave it a 5 star rating. I would recommend this place for birth anytime. Thank you Denver Health and your awesome staff who cared about us and our baby.

I absolutely love this place. I have received all my medical care here. I delivered my first child and the experience was just amazing. The medical staff in the mom and baby unit is just wonderful. I am currently expecting my second child and plan on delivering at Denver Health as well. The clinics are even better. My daughter has been seeing the same doctor since birth. I have a great relationship with my nurse and doctor. I couldn't ask for anything better. This is as good as it can get.
