Stayed for 5 days. Great hotel and nice staff. 30 minutes drive to clearwater beaches. Highways are very close and Sunshine bridge is 45 minutes away. Several parks close by. Hotel itself is on an island. Parking is ample and the pool gets direct Sun. Breakfast is great as well.

My mom had to travel alone to Florida, and as a senior citizen, we were worried about her getting to the airport and taken care of until we could pick her up the next day. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure she was taking care of. Bravo.

Great hotel. This is our go to hotel when visiting Tampa. Great location, great staff. Did have a few problems with the roon this time, so no 5 stars, but nothing severe enough to keep me from going back

For a Hotel that undrrwent face lift a little over 12mos ago. Things seem like they still need work. Took about 15mins to get good HOT water for a shower. Some light bulbs r brighter than others
Carpet looks dirty and stained. Its a too bad. Its a good location. This is from a IHG member.

Manager dishonest. We showed up at the hotel and were told that the hotel was full and they didn't have our reservation. We showed the manager our reservation however she said that we must have called and cancelled, so we were stuck without a place to sleep. When we expressed our concern and frustration she told us to go screw ourselves.

Really nice property which I chose primarily because I just didn't feel like enduring the hassle of driving through morning rush-hour traffic on my way to the airport (it's ideally located for a quick drive to TPA). It is not, however, probably such a great choice for a vacation in Tampa, as it's not really near much of anything. I was given an upgrade to a water-facing room, which although I didn't really get a chance to enjoy I still appreciated. All that said, it's a really well-appointed, new property. I didn't get a chance to check out the fitness center, but I have to imagine that it's in pretty good shape. I would stay here again.

My room was 413 I just checked out today. The service was great I stood there because hurricane Irma shut down my power at my home.. pool was nice for my two sons. Great people

Rooms are comfortable, but a bit small. Towels aren't very comfortable. The staff is polite and the maids clean up the rooms nicely. Pretty good experience overall.

When we were trying to check in, the front desk lady was very rude to my mother and tried starting an argument with her over checking inn. despite this encounter with this one lady, the rest of the staff was very friendly. the room was very spacious and mostly clean, but needs a bit of a facelift. breakfast was nice, though.

Nice hotel overall and clean. Air conditioning was musty smelling. Had a Bay view room and the window is locked and you can't I open it. That was frustrating. They also have no options for vegans. Just toast with nothing on it or plain oatmeal. Not even non dairy creamer for the coffee.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around

Stayed for a quick overnight before flying out the next morning. Staff was friendly. Hotel and room were extremely clean. Breakfast was great. Price was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.
