Friendly service, breakfast food was good, and shuttle service. Room was very nice (though some rooms, but not all, may be weird and have a sliding panel'door' for the toilet/bathtub, privacy issues for that since no lock)

This hotel was exceptionally clean and smelled really good. Expanded breakfast options and it was very good, except for the potatoes. Pool area needed to he picked up, it was dirty from previous people that had been there but that's not the hotel's fault, just an area theu may need to check more often for cleanliness.

Great hospitality - rooms were meh but clean and A/C worked fine. Breakfast was included and plentiful but average on execution. For business travel, happy with the value and would stay there again. Lots of good places to eat within walking g distance.

Very comfortable. Quiet, clean and relaxing rooms with a kitchen sink and frog. Did not charge for the car. Good amenities, breakfast. Couteous and helpful staff.

Springhill Suites was such a wonderful stay. For the price we were able to be very close to the Convention we were attending and get complimentary breakfast which is VERY important for our busy weekend. 10/10 would stay again.

We left something valuable at the hotel. I figured it was gone. But the hotel staff was honest and prompt with the item. It was quickly mailed back to us free of charge. We were very happy.

Our stay at the spring hill suites was wonderful! We stayed during the record heat wave and their lobby wad always cool! Their breakfast was great and had fresh scrambled eggs, pork sausage patties, cereal, milk, yogurt, bread, muffins, orange juice and other goodies! They kept it stocked to whole breakfast period! The staff were very friendly, helpful and new exactly what they were doing! They also had a large ice water dispenser by the back door to the pool, a very nice touch with the heat! The room was very clean, and in great repair. We flew out without checked baggage so we had no razors and they provide us one free of charge. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I haven't found one item that dampened my stay. Even on our second day when the elevator wad on the fritz, they had techs there and fixed by the nexted day! Stay at this hotel, you won't be disappointed!

My experience began with the desk clerck providing me with the wrong key and wrong room number. The room is absolutely horribly arranged. There is a fold out couch that opens millimeters away from a chest of drawers. If it is folded out you cannot open the drawers, nor can you walk by without having to climb over the bed. The room isn't horrible with the wear and tear, but has seen better days. It is not conveniently located as there isn't really much of note nearby. I could not open the window more than a few inches as they have a lock on it. The under the window AC unit was a tad noisy, but I sort of like that as the whitenoise helps me sleep. The continental breakfast is middle of the road. Overall, this is a very average C level experience.

Friendly courteous staff. Helped us with our bags. Answered questions was on time with the room wake up call and got to the airport in time. Good continental breakfast definitely filling and a good variety

This place was fantastic. I have zero complaints. Unlike the other downtown hotels, this place has an airport and local (if available) shuttle. Which, I would imagine is nice during those hot summer days. It is close enough to downtown that you can walk, and the neighborhood has some amazing, seemingly hidden gems.

We stayed one night and the room was great! A little tight when opened in sofa bed, so we left it as is and put the sheets and blanket on the cushions for the 10 yr old to sleep. Pools was great and refreshing. Walking distance to the WONDERFUL Children's museum and to 2 places to eat. Another review about

Checked-in quickly, room was clean. During the night the air conditioner seem to go on for just a few seconds at a time, and then turn off. Breakfast was good, they do have a shuttle to the downtown places, such as the convention center. Go to the front desk and see when the next one is. Ours happened to be about 15 minutes, so we opted to just drive. Would stay here again :-)
