We had a nice stay. The staff was very courteous, and everything was clean. The room was spacious and felt like a 1 bedroom apartment (even more so than Hyatt House I've stayed at in Frisco, TX and New Orleans, LA). The room was by the pool and was a little noisy. We could also hear the person in the room above us anytime they walked around. The noise is only reason I rated this 4/5 instead of 5/5 The room was great overall: large shower, motorized vent fan in shower/toilet room, spacious walk-in closet was spacious, comfortable mattress, and a large kitchen with full-size appliances.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping! Hotel is clean, grounds are manicured, convenient parking, easy access to pool, lobby bar, and front desk. Free breakfast; coffee, tea, juice, eggs, potatoes, French toast, cereal, fruit, omelets made to order. All good!
The Hyatt team of employees go above and beyond to accommodate and to make your stay a pleasent experience at the Hyatt House in Scottsdale. We stay at this location several times a year, and will continue to do so because of the five star service!

I stayed for several days/nights while on business. I thought it was a nice place and the staff was very nice each time I interacted with them. The included breakfast was great - many selections and custom made omelettes available each morning. The room had a fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, glasses, silverware, paper towels, and soap for the dishwasher! I had no issues with noise as other reviews mention. I would for sure stay there again!

This place is very clean and has everything you could want in terms of amenities. Plus super friendly and attentive staff. It was out first time in the area but I'm confident this is the best value around.

Stayed here for a few days as part business/part leisure and very much enjoyed the hotel and surrounding area. It's attractive from the outside and feels private and safe even though it's right off a main road that leads to some great area restaurants and shopping.

The rooms are spread over several buildings and more like an apartment than a typical multi-story hotel, which I enjoy. It feels more homey and private. There are no elevators so if you have a heavy suitcase like me, you'll want a room on the first floor or you'll be lugging it up the steps. I'm not usually a fan of first floor rooms but these were private enough that it felt very comfortable. Yes, you may hear some noise as people check in/check out but it's a hotel, so you expect some of that no matter what. It didn't feel overly obtrusive.

There's a really nice bar/dining area that's open and attractive and the food (including free breakfast) was also good. I liked having everything in the main building - gym, laundry, dining, front desk. I didn't mind walking out to the building for meals or amenities since it's a nice space and everything is relatively close anyway.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating. After a few days they felt more like friends. They were quick with recommendations for places to go, and if you needed something like fresh coffee, all you had to do was ask.

The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. I really liked having the main bathroom separate from the sink area, and the walk-in closet was a nice bonus. It was a great place to work, too. Nice desk, comfortable couch with a side table that slides over it. Plus you're within a few miles of some fun bars and restaurants. There is also a cigar bar around the corner which is a favorite of mine.

Cons for people who like to know the down sides: not having an elevator could be an issue for some people. The shower door was heavy and tended to stick so it was a little challenging to move. If your room overlooks the pool you'll have a nice view but they play music, too, which some people may not want to hear. Can't think of anything else. These are all minor but may help some people with preferences.

Overall this was a great experience and I'd go back without question.

We stayed in a king suite, it was a very pleasant room fully equipped kitchenette, living room, desk, and walk-in closet. Nice pool and hot tub, with a free complimentary breakfast every morning. It was worth every penny we paid. Just be aware that your bill will include a state, city, and local tax; about $12.50 a day

So much to say. I was very pleased with my visit. A pool, a workout room, a nice breakfast and room makes it easy to call home. The staff were very helpful and nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good and there were many options even for those who don't eat dairy, gluten, etc. The rooms are very neat and comfortable. Everything you need should be walking distance from the hotel. I can assure you will have a nice stay here.

It's an apartment building. I didn't even have shampoo in my room and when I went to ask the maid, she gave me a hard time. The room came with earplugs, which I had no idea what they were for until the bars and other establishments next door were making so much noise.

From the moment we arrived we knew this would be a great stay. Kristy was at the front desk to check us in and she was amazing, very kind, welcoming smile and answered all of our questions of the property and of the Scottsdale area. The rooms are in great condition, very clean. Beds comfortable. I would highly recommends this property to anyone on your next stay in Scottsdale and be sure to say hello to Kristy she will take good care of you! Great job Kristy.

Clean and beautiful rooms. Especially nice staff. I think their free breakfast was great so I'm not sure why the other review's say it was just alright. It was definitely the nicest hotel breakfast I have ever had and I travel a lot. The rooms are like small apartments and the pool is salt water. Overall great experience and I will definitely stay here again.

Huge, sprawling hotel geared towards extended stay travellers, this is an excellent hotel in a wonderful location. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast buffet is top notch. Rooms are large and nicely decorated. Although a little pricey, you cannot go wrong with his this hotel.
